Food was mediocre at best and they forgot two major things on my order
This take away is 300 meters from our house. It was good food when they first opened. Tonight sadly is the last time we will order from them. Beef dish was OK but the chowmain was not good and the sweet and sour king prawn balls were soggy. Prawn crackers were ok. I called them back about the king prawn balls and they delivered some more. I thought great customer service. Can't wait. But sadly exactly the same. £28 we paid but im not happy about the food. I was looking forward to the meal most of the week. Will be looking for a different takeaway sadly.
Delicious and fresh, quick delivery too for a Saturday night
The food is normally lovely but our last order last night was terrible. Chips and chicken balls were overcooked, I think they were refried. It all tasted burnt. Very disappointed

We Usually have a takeaway, but me and my sons decided to dine in . We all had different noodles , I had Udon with chicken, mushrooms and pineapple . My son, who is a fussy eater, had egg noodles with Sweet and sour sauce and he really enjoyed it , so they must have been good!
We also had two Milk-cakes - it was the first time I'd had these , they were recommended to me so, decided to try and they were lovely!

We can build our own noodles by choosing the noodles , add ons, sauces. Nice quantity of foods. Add on cashew was so rich. Kids can create their own menu. Taste very good and reasonable quantity aswell. Prawns tempura and chicken goujons were awesome.
They are open until 2 am. Accept card and cash. Car parking in limited space. Easily identifiable from busy traffic.

I have had enough of this joke of a delivery service this takeaway provides I live on the third floor of a block of flats if you need to gain entry you use the number system to gain entry to deliver your food but not this takeaway they ring me to come down from the third floor and collect from the gate the delivery drivers are so lazy they pass you your food through their car window I pay for a delivery service and I am not getting it plus the food has deteriorated in quality it seems no one cares about a delivery to your front door once again of which I pay for just pure laziness I shall never use this takeaway again the food and service sucks 😞
Absolutely awful never will I use this place again they used to be one of the nicest Chinese takeaway around but our food was awful it was cold so me of the food was not cooked, did get free prawn crackers like stated chicken balls were soggy and un edible as was the chips the were cold and like rubber would definitely not used or recommend these. Very disappointed 😞 and unhappy
Always amazing food! I love the noodles everytime I order, much better than any other noodle places I have tried, so much sauce so the noodles aren’t dry, will always come here
First time ordering food from there, was Amazing! Will definitely be ordering again, it's been a long time finding the perfect Chinese, ordered from others in the past and it's honestly gotta be the best, by far 😁
Very rude and unhelpful staff , they proceeded to call my partner a lier when we queried a little food issue and then used colourful and threatening language before putting the phone down

Family little business with friendly atmosphere and tasty Chinese food
The food was hot when it arrived. A very friendly delivery man handed over the food. I asked for cutlery, a printed receipt and for the delivery driver to call when they arrived and they ticket all the boxes!
I'm friends with the owner's son from school and I had the lucky house and was just amazing.
Had a takeaway it arrived half an hour after the latest time given. The special fried rice was nothing special if anything it was quite bland. The roast pork chow mein contained fatty pieces of pork amongst the most disgusting noodles I've ever tasted. The we a bit greasy with an underlying staleness taste to them. The boiled rice was for the dog so he didn't complain. The biggest letdown was the quarter or crispy duck with pancakes. There was no hoisin sauce and the crispy duck had clearly been reheated in the microwave as it was so dried out on the outside and inside and the fat was soft and squishy with no crispiness what so ever. We thew it all out and had a sandwich. Certainly won't use them again it rates as the worst Chinese food ever for us. Do not recommend
The food smelt and looked atrocious, The waiting time was ridiculously long, i have never been so disappointed. We can’t forget the price that was disgusting. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again heads up guys!!!!
food arrived on time and was hot but made us violently sick after eating, tasted nice but came with the price of turning our stomachs.
I eat a lot from here...and the chow main is amazing...but tonight I wanted a change so had the pork zechuan. Quite dissapointed...the pork had way to much fat on it along with the arteries and the sauce was swimming in oil. Wont stop me coming back to try more tho. As the food is normally great.
Not a bad word to say about the place, the people are so welcoming and the food is spot on especially for the price 😍 lovely food and lovely people :) the pork dumplings are my personal recommendation
Really nice food, also available on just eat and Uber eats however the Any beef/chicken All in One trays are incorrect on Uber Eats and ask for around double what they do on Just Eat - would be great if this could be fixed :)

The best salt and pepper chips I've ever had from a Chinese. The crispy beef and chicken chow mein were also delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely my new local.

Don't expect much from the curry. The veg was giant chunks of onion. A garnish of mushrooms and a gesture of peas. Time to check out the competition. Poor quality for price
Went for our anniversary, and quite frankly the service and food was awful. The fish tasted off and had a funny taste, I'd rather eat supermarket sushi. The server wasn't up to standard either, we were missing things and she wasn't very friendly either . Wouldn't recommend and definitely not the 'best'.

Best Chinese takeaway in Swansea. Friendly family run business, really tasty food, and their always happy to cook my favourite meal which isn't on the menu.
I don't know if they were having an off day, and I dislike leaving reviews this bad, however... the food tasted metallic. The woman who served us seemed aggravated that we didn't order more (which im glad we didnt because it was not good). Didn't give us utensils or napkins. The most she spoke to us was when my card payment didn't go through the first time. I love Japanese food but this was awful. Thick cuts of poor quality fish and awful service. We won't be back.
Very disappointing. Ordered chicken curry and it was just coloured water. No taste at all.
Food portions were cut but they are still charging the same price. Delivery driver is very rude and moody. Would not listen to the complaint made by myself about the lack of food in the containers and they were adamant that the potions have always been the same. I have ordered so many times and have always been satisfied with the potions, until tonight. Same price, less food. Lost a good customer due to attitude from the delivery driver.
I never leave reviews but Honestly one of the best Chinese’s I ever had! I Always order from here! Food is great! And the potion sizes are spot on!

Imagine an Asian Subway. This is exactly what this is and nothing more. The server greeted me and felt I was pressured to order quickly with the vibe I was having from him.
The Satay Skewers were so dry with no sauce. The noodles I had were very wet and had hardly any duck. The Duck I did have seemed to be very poor quality ...
I don't think I'd go back unless I was looking for something urgent. However, if you are in a rush, don't bother because it took over 20 minutes.

First time eating here and I have to say it was superb! What a little hidden gem. Everything cooked to perfection! I had the katsu chicken whilst my partner had seafood udon noodles! Spot on 👌🏻 The tempura prawns were also delicious.

Very authentic and delicious tasting Japanese food. Been to fair few Asian restaurants in the area and this one stands out. Decor was perhaps a bit dated and garish, but the food made up for it by far. It was noticeably cheaply priced too, with most dishes being in the area of £8 to £9 which is very good value for money!!

I have had delivery from here on a number of occasions but this evening 10/12/22 myself and family were extremely disappointed. We found not 1 not but 3 black hairs in our food. This happend in two of the dishes we received. Took the time to call the store but was told they had no time to speak with me. Refused to give a name,Also owner or managers name. Or who to contact to escalate this issue. Disappointed is a under statement and discussed on the don't give a dam attitude of the person answering the phone! I fully intend to inform the relevant departments and forward the found foreign objects along with the kept dishes.

The food has always been hot upon delivery, delivery has been efficient. Food is very tasty, every dish we have tried has been lovely.

Just had another takeaway from here. Delivered on time and hot enough to eat without warming up. Food in my opinion is best in Swansea and value for money. Delivery driver is always pleasant. Keep up the good work guys 👍
Had delivery from this takeaway delivery driver rude & unprofessional driver making noises as if no patience as we were bit late couple seconds meeting him at our door when we said we are good customers & won't be back again driver said no skin off my nose disgusting attitude.

The ribs were amazing very meaty, best we've ever had. However, the crispy shredded duck wasn't shredded, it was just cut up and the skin wasn't crispy it was slimy. And my hot and sour soup just tasted heavily of vinegar, I couldn't eat it either of them.
We used this takeaway many years ago and it was always 5 star. Sadly just had a delivery and how disappointing. Even though the food was hot and the delivery time was as stated the food was awful. The chicken fried rice was clumpy, no taste of anything positive. The spare ribs were lacking meat and it was a game of tug of war trying to eat them. If i was a betting man I would say it was yesterday's food re heated. Even my wife only eat a few fork fulls and gave up on the ribs totally. What a shame and a just under £20 down the drain.

The beef curry was really bad. Hardly any sauce, overloaded with tasteless onions and the chunks of beef were like chewing on a flip-flop. I’ve never had anything so chewy in my mouth. And that’s not being dramatic. Horrible.

Absolutely outstanding food every time. I'm vegan and love the vegan options and just how kind and helpful the staff always are.
My boyfriend is not vegan and also really enjoys his orders. He said the food is stunning. Delivery quick too. Can't fault anything.

I asked why didn't she say when I ordered and the reply was "I thought you knew!
Asked where nearest cash point was ,nd was gold Tesco up the road.
There and back 10mins not impressed. Paid with cash and suggested that it would be good to tell people when they place the order. Replyy was "I can't tell everybody can I?"
I said that I didn't see why not and we left. Dreadful customer service and I won't be going back...wish I'd told them to keep it.

I have followed them in Instagram for a few weeks and really wanted to try their food,managed to get there today and we were not disappointed. Delicious,good portion and we enjoyed so much we didnt take a photo of our food
This has been my "go to " Chinese take away for almost 10 years. Always top class food, always worth the drive to collect.............until now !!!! absolutely awful , tasteless, over cooked. Whatever has happened here has ruined a very good takeaway. I sure hope the Management read this review. If there had been a zero star rating for tonight's meals it would have deserved it . Disgusting !!
Average quality food. I got a dragon roll a soft shell crab roll ( super skinny...) and ebi dumplings. The dragon roll eel was a bit burnt, not sure it was meant to be that way. The service was also average. More on the lower side where it seemed I was more of a burden than a customer. For the price is really nothing special.
Awful. Told at time of ordering that it would be here within half hour. 45 mins later it was still not here. Rang and was told it would be here within next half hour.. it was not. Finally turned up and the food was only just about hot and the prawn crackers were stale. Normally very nice but let themselves down. Lady and then man on the phone were very rude.
