A great experience to barbecue your own food. Staff were great. For once tables are large size for 2 people. Meat was tender. A great place for lunch. Definitely recommend
We’ve been here a number of times but today‘s lunch was the best dining experience we have had in Hancookwan so far. We don’t have to ask for the grill plates to be changed, the staff took the initiative which is really nice. Good food, we’re so full! Totally worth the $42 per person. Kudos to today’s crew! Keep it up!
Buffet BBQ with endless raw meat, squid and shrimp dishes. Sumptuous cooked items: dumplings, rice ball, chicken wings, fried rice, ice crea, cut fruits, etc.comes with free flow of coffee and tea as well.
Went on a Sunday night, booked in for a reservation for 2 as it gets booked out on the weekends. A few people found out the hard way waiting and then getting turned away as they were fully booked. Good selection of meat for Korean BBQ all you can eat as well as salad and side dishes. Be prepared to walk out smelling like a Korean BBQ. Reasonably well ventilated and they have extraction fans throughout. Very satisfied and would come back again.
Convenient location in suburban area. Our group loved the authentically prepared dishes. Will be back.
Fast food buffet and delicious,we are very enjoying our dinner ! They offered vegetarian options as well !
Authentic Korean restaurant, really enjoyed the beef hotpot, it had noodles, veges and beef and tasty broth, great dish for winter. The sweet and sour pork and fried chicken were good too. Overall, happy with the food and service.
The food is always authentic here. Good place to crave for korean cuisine. Friendly staffs, clean and always busy therefore recommended to book beforehand.
the waiter offered us a tiny table that both of us have to face the wall while eating. I am pretty sure there are some tables still available.

They put insanely much MSG into the food. As I feel super dehydrated after I went home. !!!!!!!!!! Until now

Waiter kept dropping utensils. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Little portion for fried chicken. Personally, I think 30 dollar for one small plate is overpriced. However, the price for noodle is decent.
Haven’t been here since 2020 but for all you can eat Korean bbq this place has not missed a beat.

With a good selection of meats, hot selections and fried chicken, small selection of salads and vegetables, soup, rice and dessert and ice-cream. This will definitely fill your tummy up.

With BYO alcohol with no corkage for beer only pretty good value if you do bring your own alcohol. This place does 2 sessions at night 5:30pm to 7:20pm then another one at 7:30pm to 9ish pm.

Left pretty full and pretty satisfied!!
Generous portions especially their hotpot and chicken dishes. Pancake batter was abit stale, dry and thin. Chicken was sweet and flavoursome. Will be back to try their other dishes and their black bean noodles.
For the price we paid. Cant ask for more. It’s all you can eat. Foods are amazing and walked out of the restaurant with 100% satisfaction. Good place to hang out with friends and family. Can bring your own alcohol if you want. Also, keep in mind that booking is essential. If you gonna try walk in and get a table, good luck with that. And lastly, customer service is amazing. There’s one waiter is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you.
5 star customer service and generous serving size. We loved the Glutinous rice sweet and sour pork as well as the black bean sauce with chopped vegetables dry noodles. If you have a big group better book in advance.
Love this korean restaurant. Foods tastes great, portions are generous and price are really good.

Usually this place is very busy during lunch time.
Although the staff were nice and very efficient. Waiting time is quite long for the foods to arrive to the table, due to minimal staff.

Parking spot is another issue. Its very hard to find a spot specially during pick hours. Might have to wait until a bit.

The setting and ambience are quite nice. Even though the restaurant in full house it doesn't feel squishy and pack jammed.
Food was great, variety was worth the price. Meats were tasty as they were well marinated. Charcoal fire with non stick grill pan was brilliant as food did not stick and grease drained away. Environment was nice and spacious. BBQ smoke extractors worked well to keep the place reasonably smoke free. Self help buffet counters were replenished frequently. Service staff were discreet yet attentive. Tea, coffee and desert were a nice way to finish off the meal. Well Done Hancookwan!
Maybe due to change of management, the food is not as good as it used to be, portion is greatly reduced and staff number were limited - should expect to wait a bit before your food to come out or to be served. Was disappointed 😢
