I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator in October and would like to share my appreciation for James, Michael, and Erick.
I initially worked with James who helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. He also spent the time to assist me with trading in my 2 vehicles. I appreciated working with him because of his honest approach to helping me.
After purchasing the Gladiator, I noticed an odd vibration coming from the tires and took the Jeep to a separate mechanic to assess the issue. The mechanic shared concerns regarding the tires. I went back to the dealership frustrated. I was greeted by Michael M who sought to understand my frustration and brought the services manager, Erick, out to discuss my concern.
They both evaluated the tires and came back to share that the tires that came with the car naturally have this vibration effect when they are new. As mileage increases, the vibration issue evens out.
They took the time to make sure I understood how this happens. There kind approach to helping me was greatly appreciated.
I recommend any person looking at purchasing a vehicle should work with these folks.

Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable staff they went above and beyond for me and really made the overall experience great! Would highly recommend Jack as a Service Tech he was very professional and made sure everything was taken care of. He gave me a good piece of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands and he also went the extra mile for me dealing with my warranty company and following up with some random questions I had about my vehicle! 10/10 thanks again Jack and everyone in the service department I definitely recommend you guys and will be returning for any future services with my Jeep!

Levi and Izaiah were honest and hard-working salesmen who helped me find the perfect vehicle. Initially, I said I wasn't picky about color, but Levi was kind enough to notice my hesitation and ask me another time or two - I ultimately confessed that black would be a huge excitement for me. They scoured the lot for me and even looked into other dealerships inventory that they could trade with, but then a miracle happened- I got lucky and the perfect model/trim in black was just rolling off the transport truck! They worked diligently to ensure it was inspected and detailed quickly for me to take home. They also made sure that I was all set up with the new vehicles many features and that I had any questions answered. Along the way, they were very easy to talk to and get along with, which made me feel much happier about wanting to do business with them. I appreciated their patience as I deliberated on a decision and asked them many questions. Thank you, guys!
Before my visit, I had spoken with Chris (one of the sales managers) over the phone about my interest in a 2dr. He asked me if I were open to a 4xe Willy's, and I honestly haven't considered it because of the price. I was unaware that the PHEV models qualified for federal and state incentives, which brought the vehicle into affordability for me. I really appreciated him taking the time to inquire about my interests and discover some options for me. He could have easily turned me away for having a modest budget and narrow set of vehicles in mind (one of their competitors did exactly that and TOTALLY missed a sale!!), but he never even suggested settling for something i didn't want. Respectfully, there are "Jeeps" and then there are WRANGLERS. It has been a long-time dream of mine to have a true, rugged, off-roader, and Chris moved mountains to make it happen for me. He is very easy to work with, honest and courteous. It seemed to me like everyone I worked with was very happy to be there, and that was meaningful in helping me feel at ease throughout what would ordinarily be an incredibly stressful process. I could not be more grateful.

I had a LOT of questions about hybrids, rebates, and leases, but Michael and Chris were incredibly patient and understanding. They never pressured me to decide, providing me with all the information and time I needed to make an informed choice.
Although I changed my mind multiple times, ending up with a gas vehicle and then changing vehicles at the last minute, the team remained accommodating.
On the day of the sale, Justin went the extra mile to ensure I was set up to utilize all the amazing features and technology.
