The swimming facility is big and there are multiple pools.
There are other sports training on weekdays club games on weekends.
Parking space is spacious.

Unfortunately yesterday on the 29feb as soon as I entered the pool there were 2 teenage boys doing back flip bombs into the pool with no regard for anyone they almost landed on a lady and I asked them not to do it. it was not safe.they ignored me.i turned back and then they almost landed on me I said they can't do it read the signs they said they aren't running or diving and the life guard said they could.i turned again and they both landed right beside me again.so twice I raised my arm to the life guard and said are you going to do anything he completely ignored me and he was looking straight at me and he watched these 2kids the whole time and didn't move of his seat next thing at least 5 little kids joined in so I moved to the step.i made a written complaint about it.it was in the afternoon.its unfortunate that there isn't enough space for for us all only 1and a half lanes for people not doing laps

What can I say ... comming from the Redlands (20min drive different city council)

What an effing difference.... it is not new .. which was fine ... the slide had already.closed but it was awesome ... multiple pools all at least part shaded or fully and central lifeguard station and a toddler pool $2 entry ...

Pools: no catering for anyone with a physical impairment. Highly disappointing.

Life Guards: seem to watch their step counts than watch safety. At other Rackley pools life guards stop kids pushing each other in the pool and bomb diving especially in the shallow parts of the pool.

Families: there is a kids pool and a water slide. Lots and lots of kids screaming and yelling. So if your kid screams, don’t worry- it’s not unusual.

Mullets: ive never seen so many mullets in my life.

Cleanliness: there was a storm yesterday late arvo/early evening. But the pool was filthy.

Parking: lots available.

Bring sunscreen and cold drinks. Whilst there are undercover areas, there’s lots of sun.

Brisbane City Council $2 pool admission in summer is highly commendable. Lots of families.

Bathrooms: Horrid! In need of major renovations and putrid! I wish i had water shoes to wear. Showerhead had green build up that limited water coming out. Worst bathrooms in brisbane pool centres.

Overall: im never coming back

With great swimming facilities, 3 different pools and a water slide (only open school holidays and weekends) as well as basketball/indoor soccer courts and a small gym. Hibiscus is a one stop shop for all your fitness/recreation needs.

My partner and I went to the pool here this afternoon expecting a nice swim but we only stayed for 2 hours... Here is why that is,
When we arrived the receptionist said there were 2 lanes available but there was only one. Later in the day, my partner was just sitting by our things minding her own business then, this large flock of teens (about 20) from the swim squad came over crowding around her and touching our stuff/standing on our shoes!!! One of them actually was about to open our esky!! I am 🤬 appalled because all of this was happening in front of the squad teacher and he payed a blind eye!!
Also the pool had a few dead leaves and nasties needs a good clean.
I don't recommend this swimming centre and we will not be coming back.

I love all the classes available in the morning and evening. The staff is super friendly as well as the people attending the classes. Very good value for the price

Took our daughter here for her first swimming classes and must say it's awesome. Well organised and nice warm indoor pool.. there seems to be a lot of activities here too.

It's a great pool very clean and staff are friendly enough, the gym is actually very small compared to others but because it never gets to busy it's not much of a problem. The classes are really great and the teachers for the classes are really amazing and super friendly.

Great pools for kids of all ages

4 different zones and a water slide, shaded areas to sit and relax while keeping an eye on the kids

Food and drinks inside at the entrance, prices are good

CLEAN FACILITIES
Both the gym & pool are kept tidy and clean. The equipment is well maintained and functions well.

POOL
The pool area used to have ducks that hung around and pooped in the pool. I have not noticed that any ducks hang about the pool this year.

All the swimmers that exercise are very approachable and accepting of the necessity to share any swim lanes available.

GYM
Disinfectant wipes are made available "most" times. Staff are always present and approachable.

NEGATIVE POOL OBSERVATIONS
50 meter pool
Limited swimming lanes due to swim squad, school groups and other training sessions.

Spare lanes throughout the day are usually congested by 2-4 swimmers per lane.

MEMBERSHIP
Annual, month to month and per visit basis are all available.

Nice complex and my gosh it was busy with learn to swim and multiple squads.

I think if you were just looking for a swim either as a recreation or doing your own swim set. You would be wise to check before hand so you were not in a crowded lane or none at all.
