If you are a working professional and your project has a deadline stay way from FBM. These guys DO NOT CARE. Every time they blew past a projected delivery date it came with a shrug and zero follow up on their end. I had to call every time. My favorite quote of the whole experience "what do you want me to do about it".. a simple call to the carrier and I was able to recover my material. This small effort was beyond them and you should look beyond them too. Try going straight to the manufacturer or any other supplier.

This is not a bad place for a trucker to deliver. People are friendly and try hard. Parking is a problem but if you call ahead they try to help you.
The best thing to do is go to this place and check in.
They will ask you for your phone number and than you can drive 1.7 miles straight up the road and park at Flying J. They call you come back (5 minutes) and when the traffic light in front of you turns red back it in. Nice wide driveway.

For delivery drivers the experience is less than stellar. You check in and have to go somewhere and park until there ready for you. If you cannot manage deliveries don't order them. Very unprofessional and we will not be delivering there anlly more. The more times you have issues the less money we make in the trucking business. If you can't get loaded or unloaded in a reasonable time frame, trucks will see reviews and not take the load. And your business will PAY MORE!

The area is a bit tight for us truck drivers but it's manageable. Dry van trailers have to back in off the street into a dock on the front side but again it's manageable.

Love these guys. Always taking care of me. Chris at the front desk is extremely knowledgable. Dawson in dispatch is very attentive. Guys in the yard are friendly and hustle to get you loaded.

This review is for your semi delivery system. I have been waiting across the block for three hrs to get unloaded. I have now missed my time to get to next pick up location and will have to wait untill tomorrow to load. That will take about 300 dollars off my check.

took me a while to return something but besides that it was nice service by all. Easy and fair return policy just a little time consuming.
