If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. I asked for egg and pastrami and my sandwich had the smallest egg I’ve ever seen I thought maybe the egg fell out the sandwich but no both sandwhiches were the same you’d think they would be more generous with the ingredients considering two 8 inch subs costed damn near 50 bucks with a drink. Never again better off eating a premade sub at Safeway both equally gross and deserve to be the same price

Would've given it 5 stars but had to wait more than 30 minutes for my sandwich. Learned that phone orders get priority, so make sure to order a head.

Love their sandwiches and salads. Huge. They do not Skimp on the avocado on the sandwiches. I swear they probably use close to a whole avocado on a sandwich. Ingredients are super fresh and good quality. Fast service and good selection for vegetarians as well as meat lovers. Patio is nice and parking lot right next door as well as street parking.

Got a super salad today and nearly finished it until i saw this in it. I didnt know it comes with a roach and what i think is an egg sack. great.

Just had a late lunch here while I am charging my mobility scooter.
Ordered a beach bikini sandwich and a soda.
Food was absolutely delicious, refreshing and filling!:)
Employees treated me with a smile and the utmost respect,and were friendly and very professional!:)
The atmosphere was laid back and welcoming, automatically felt like home when I entered the building!!!:)

I mean for $30 plus tip for a sub sandwich on white bread with yellow mustard, mayo, NO CHIPS, and one beer, you'd think the server would smile or be friendly at all. I didn't catch that vibe from the young man today.. the kind of service that makes you wonder why you left a tip and whether or not you'll ever go back. But it's like, can't eat at Chipotle every day ha. Try to be more kind.. it's not going to kill you young men to be courteous.. but nah I probably won't be back unless I go in and that kid's not there.. ps, the entryway is forever sticky so so sticky maybe mop?

Great place for lunch and amazing coffee.

food is good quality, wait times are decent. Never had an issue with this location. Good beers on tap.
Only complaint is the worker that was visibly drunk and bathrooms needed to be cleaned

I am highly upset, I walked all the way there on my lunch break while it was 85-90 degrees outside to get a turkey sandwich. They gave me an apple, lettuce and mozzarella sandwich! Who even eats this thing???? The first incident they called my name and tried to give me someone else's sandwich. Luckily I looked at it first.

So I figured they wouldn't mess up twice! Low and behold I get back to the office and this is what I get. Highly disappointed!

A lite half turkey sandwich with everything on it was sloppily put together but delicious. Love the baguette bread. Just right if you don’t want to be full and have room for dessert! I skipped dessert- just wanted to taste test for a possible large party platter. Their Chinese chicken salad is very good but not available on baguette and they will not mix wraps and baguettes on a party tray.

The 7th and Kst location is great. Big inside and seating available outside. Sandwiches are always big and filling. The manager is so down to earth. Staff is very helpful and friendly.. Restrooms are clean and neat. Great for date night or family lunch..

Food was good, service was meh, was told that they couldn't do a lettuce wrap because there's a lettuce shortage and their boss doesn't want them too... understandable but could have been explained with a little more professionalism. I got a wrap instead and the tortilla was gross. Not sure what it was, not a normal tortilla/wrap.

Stopped in for lunch today around 11 and I was blown away! The customer service was top notch and my sandwich was unbelievably delicious!!

Plain, basic food, not worth the price. We got the croissant cinnamon roll and the blueberry cream cheese croissant.

$11.99 for a cold sandwich ($20.00 if you want chips & drink) and $6.99 for a fruit cup (which is mostly some dry honey dew and cantaloupe). Too expensive, dude. The food is just ok. Coffee is not good. Save yourself some money and go to La Croissant nearby instead. You'll be supporting a local business and get better food as well.

Best Beach Hut ever! I ordered on DoorDash and put in the notes to please not forget the Avocados, because last time they forget them and the nachos were sad. I also asked them to put as much nacho cheese and cream cheese on the nachos as much as legally possible. They wrote me a note since it’s 4th of July weekend they didn’t want to go over the legal limit, and they’re glad their avocados found a home! I was laughing so hard! It’s hard to find a place with awesome customer service and a good sense of humor! The nachos were delicious! Thanks Beach Hut!!!

I've been here twice and the vibe is off the chain total surfer dude Bob Marley reggae beach music every song is as good as the last. The cleanliness of this place is unbelievable. You could eat off the floors. I forgot to post the menu darn it but I will be sure to be back. The staff is totally laid back , but efficientcy is everywhere! everything is as clean as a freshly waxed surfboard! Hang ten dudes go try this place. It's the best place on K Street for shady outdoor patio, off the sidewalk dining, or just chilling , sipping some unique studs or throwing down some appetizers, whatever your plans... stop here first , it will be a great start to your downtown experience in wonderful historic downtown Sacramento. FOOTNOTE: It is a very rare commodity these days when there is such pride taken in an establishment by from corporate all the way down to crew level. *****The ambiance, the location, the music, the menu I'm giving it five stars*****

Yooo their veggie sandwich is terrible. Dry as hell (i asked for extra aioli and they did not add it or any other sauce), flavorless, minimal veggies. They also told me that can’t make me a veggie panini (it was a cold day and I wanted something warm. Wish I could get my $10 back. Not coming back.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff, and an awesome clean atmosphere! You can't go wrong with Beach But Deli. Their sandwiches are filling and taste great.

This place has endured the ups & downs of the economy and they continue to provide consistently good grub & service.

Friendly staff that has remembered my name and favorite order several times. They are nice and on top of it. The sandwiches are very tasty and I often order a custom sandwich. They're bacon and sprouts add ons are very good and can transform a sandwich. During covid times inside dining has mostly been closed but they have outside seating and sodas still and have hand sanitizer. Good quality bag chips are available and you can call ahead to get an order. I have not been disappointed yet.

Santa Cruz lettuce wrap!! (got mine cold not hot bc...lettuce) Ate the whole thing, not too filling, it's the perfect amount to leave you satisfied. This place is best, as soon as you walk in you smell quality food. Will be trying their Mesa Salad next!

Great coffee in the morning. Plenty of bakery options. Lunch menu is also decently priced. Good spot for reading. Majority of prices include tax.
