Incredibly rude woman took my order. Rolled her eyes at me when I said good morning. When I asked a question about the type of sandwich I was purchasing, she responded with the most attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. I walked out before completing my order.

Ordered via the app and to my suprise I arrive and there are no pickup orders in the cubbies. I tell the guy my name after not being greeted..so I sat down..the guy asked my name...then looked around and didn't say anything with a clueless look on his face 6 minutes go by and guess what it was on the counter cold! Even worse it was for my wife so not only was it a waste of a drive in snowy conditions but knowing your employees could care less is the big reason for the 1 star he knew it was cold when he gave it to me! And it's gonna say I picked it up at 7:30 not 7:23 when I got there. Check the camera he was ignoring the fact he forget my order til I sat there for something that the app said was to be done at 7:20... My wife gets take out the one in Bloomfield hills at lunch time which is really busy and she said in her 10 minute drive to her office they are always hot or at least warm...

This was the 2nd time I had lunch there, I had forgotten how cold it is 65° totally unacceptable, i went to my car and got my temperature gun , I'm a landlord that's why I happen to have one in my car.
A lot of people came from Verizon yesterday to eat because the Verizon towers were all down, and some ordered sat down, then left ..

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Burnt ass grilled cheese and they wont even answer the phone🤣

Ordered BLTA got to check out asked if I wanted avocado, duh that's what I Ordered. Asked if I wanted a sauce, said yes mayo. I received a Bacon, Avocado, with mayo. No Lettuce, No Tomato. Won't b back, waste of my money

Wife stopped in today and was met with bad attitude from the employees. The atmosphere was loud and the order was misheard. The Sandwich maker was rude and abrasive making this a horrible experience. Due to the loud environment, she couldn't figure out what they were saying and the staff started throwing the food together. You cant be rude to your customers and provide a subpar sub. We will never be coming back to this location.

Two sandwiches were GREAT, as always!! Love this place! Unfortunately, they were bigger, but way too expensive. We don't need "bigger", and we sure don't need more costly. We used to stop by here every few weeks. That will, sadly, no longer be the case. 😩

Stopped here for lunch on Friday, the servings are massive. I ordered a small sandwich and could barely eat half of it. I wish there was a bit more sauce or condiments on the sandwich. Sandwich's are a bit pricy however It is worth the price with the size of the sandwich. It was ready quickly after we ordered. There was not a line when we went at 11:30AM.

Had a corned beef sandwich. Meat was good. Bread didn't taste as good as most deli rye bread. They did give us something interesting. It was corned beef and cheese wrapped in a tocco like shell. I took it home and ate it the next day. It was great.

First time back in about 2 years. Food tasted old/ super low quality. Atmosphere was very generic and not the most welcoming. If I weren't as hungry as I was I wouldn't have even ate the little bit that I was able to put down. I only had a few bites enough to keep my stomach from eating itself. I didn't even call to complain because I overheard a conversation with a unhappy customer and witnessed the owners reaction after the call so I knew it would be a waste of energy. Long story short. It's a completely different deli that it once was. There wasn't anything pleasant about it besides the way it looks inside. I won't be back and I am definitely going to find a higher quality deli that cares about the quality of food they give to customers

My family enjoyed their sandwiches nothing spectacular but good. We've been going to Al's for years. I know it's under new management so I'm hoping some quirks are getting worked out. My matzah ball soup was SO overpriced for what it was. I've always loved Al's it was always delicious and I know it's a very what people think "basic" soup not much to it so why the high price. But I know the quality matzah balls made properly with a great broth is what makes it worth the price. And this tasted like water. Very plain. Very sad. I'm afraid to order again. But I'm hoping they correct it.

What used to be my favorite place to get a corned beef is no longer! There is new management and the food is not the same. My typical order is a corned beef on grilled rye with Swiss cheese and mustard. I also order a side of Cole slaw to make the sandwich more juicy. Well I've been there three times under the new management and each time my sandwich was extremely dry and so was the Cole slaw. The second time I patronized I ordered three sandwiches and three slaws. I took the slaw back for a refund and via conversation, found they intentionally pour the juice off the slaw before packing in individual containers…… slaw is SUPPOSED TO BE WET! Who the hell eats dry Cole slaw?!?! Was in the area today and decided to give them a try again. Asked for the marble end to see if that would make a difference in the sandwich not being dry. I passed on ordering the slaw when I noticed it was sitting in the cooler dryer than the Sahara desert along with dry macaroni salad, dry corn and dry green beans packaged with no juice. I’m convinced they are catering to folks with a preschool palate. If it weren’t for the Cole slaw I picked up from Chicken Shack, I would have had another unsatisfactory customer experience. Unfortunately this was three too many. I will no longer patronize this establishment.

I truly appreciate the listing of calories along with the ingredients for the various items. Makes keeping track of the intake so much easier.
Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own - unlike Subway - and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within.
The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. Order placed quickly and delivered the same.
The music, once it got turned on, was a bit loud. Probably due to the people working in a noisier spot.
I like a good sandwich place and, at first taste, this seems like one I'll return to even if it is a chain.

Visited for the first time today and when I walked in I was greeted immediately by the gentleman behind the counter. He was nice and gave me time to order. The place was clean and the sandwich I had was very good. I ordered the United Meat and it was filling and the meat was very tasty. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but I will for sure go back.

We placed a delivery order at about 12:45 today... Finally called at 4 to see where it was and they rushed it out to us by 4:20. When the food arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting the whole time, but that's ok, because at least they forgot to put the chicken on my Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich! Great work all around.
