I came across Procare cleaning services through their Facebook ad and decided to give them a try. I contacted them around 1pm and the service crew arrived at my place by 4pm on the same day. I was impressed by their quick response and prompt service.

The cleaning service was carried out thoroughly - my smelly sofa was cleaned within an hour and looked good as new. I'm highly satisfied with the quality of their work.

I engaged the services of ProCare Cleaning Services to complete move out cleaning. I was in touch with Dennis. My main concern getting the light fixtures cleaned which are too high to reach with a regular ladder. He assured me that it could be done. His team did a fantastic job with the cleaning of the entire house - walls, floor, wiping down surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, etc. The staff are friendly. I definitely recommend their services.

Madhawa and Ranidu did a great job at cleaning both the super single mattress and fabric sofa . After the work was done, they asked us to check to ensure everything was in good order. The mattress and fabric sofa were well cleaned. They were friendly and polite. We will definitely engage them again.

No show after confirming my appointment. Called office, mobile and texted with no response. But still can email me - "Hi, how can we help?". Just be honest and reject my business if it's too SMALL for your BIG company, instead of empty promise and ghosting me. To all readers - book them at your own risk!

Excellent and very efficient response from Procare cleaning services from Sabrina despite last minute request on post renovation cleaning. Despite not being around during the cleaning, they will take video and photos to show what area have been cleaned and response promptly to your request. Definitely will engage their cleaning services in future and their price are very affordable compared to others. 👍🏻

Ranidu and Madawa did a very good job at cleaning both my leather and fabric sofa . They were thorough and managed to remove most of the stains on my sofa. They were also very polite , telling me the the steps of cleaning the sofa and ensured the sofa and the floor was clean before they left. Wife and I have been using the same cleaner Ann since we moved in almost one year ago. Ytd cleaning we had to rush Ann due to unexpected change in schedule but she did a very good job despite still. Highly recommended!

Very detailed cleaning. First they vacuum to get rid of the dust. Then they scrip with water and brush. Add detergent to try to scrub off the stains. Last part they use the machine to such the water out. Won’t be completely dry but not drenched. Will take a few hues to dry. Smells good. Total time they took was 2 hours for me sofa and 2 mattress.

Peter and his team Noelle, Laura, Ann , Kathy and Shiela, did such a wonderful job that for my end of tenancy cleaning.

My old apartment was 1100sq ft and Spring Cleaning Services were the only company that I could find which quoted reasonably and by this I don't mean the price. They charge by 4 hour blocks and sent a whole army of 5 staff to get everything done plus more during the allotted time. Other companies would only to offer to send 1 or possibly 2 cleaners at most, which made me very skeptical. 1 or 2 cleaners did not make sense at all.

If I'm completely honest I was also rather skeptical of Spring Cleaning Services given it was my first time but once they finished I was no longer skeptical. They exceeded my expectations and more. Once the job was done I went through the apartment to check for anything that was missed and whilst there was not much missed, there were no complaints at all for touching up small things here and there in the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Worst decision I ever made was to assume that by paying absurdly high charges, I was to get a good service. I hired Procare to polish marble flooring, jetwash the exterior of a house, and do a thorough cleanup, for an absurd cost of $6,590, thinking that I was "getting the professionals" to do it. Not a single part of the job was done to standard. The marbles are dull and stained, the outside is still filthy and covered with stains, and they didn't even bother to do a simple mopping when they left. They finished everything in the middle of the night, and when all the defects were made obvious during the daytime, they just hide behind their "terms and conditions". Their Sales Rep kept complaining about "lost income" and "how much time they spend on failing to unclog a drain", which had very little to do with the defects. Also not a single apology for tossing the furniture out in the rain.
They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they did propose to come and finish the job, although they would only allocate 3 hours to it, and Only do the cleaning. When I asked that they relook at the dull marble floors, I was given a lame "not our SOP" response, to which I asked them to never come back again, as I will need to get a proper crew to redo everything. They cost too much, demand payment upfront, clean very poorly, and took so long that they messed up the schedule of the rest of the renovation. Avoid at all costs.

I have edited the review to 1 star because of the weak response full of excuses and complains, without any reference to the real problems . And I'm adding photos of the $4000 "marble polish" which was supposedly done , and which Procare refused to revisit as "its not their SOP". As mentioned, not a single part of the job was done well, or professionally.

Highly recommended. They are a professional team that helped saved us much time in cleaning our place before and after move in. Quality clean and accommodating to our request. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Best decision ever! Engaged their service for tenant who moved out leaving the place extremely dirty after staying for 4 years without proper management on my marble floor and cabinets with foul smell, the managed to clean through everything. Marble became white. Staffs are very good and friendlyy. They work so hard to make everything perfect. Would totally recommend! They even came down to inspect everything before quoting and on my end, I booked everything quite last minute and they managed to get it done. SATISFIED! Engaged Spring Cleaning for post HIP cleaning of the house, and they deployed 3 cleaners over to assist, Ann, May and Shiela.
It was a job well done, and house was cleaned thoroughly with all angles covered in depth. My mum was full of praise, and even commented “This is the best cleaning she ever had in her life”.
They even went the extra mile to check with us and enquire if there are any places or corners being missed out and if we are satisfied with the cleaning.

And I’m glad that my home is smelling clean and more dust free. The team is incredibly helpful and went beyond their scope to remove remnant fibers on my floor from my cut carpet so it doesn’t get on to my furniture. On of that, this arrangement with Gary and team was also made pretty last minute and I’m really grateful! All in all, it’s Great service!

I'd recommend this company over any other company here. I reached out to about 8 different ones and Absolute Carpet cleaning was the quickest to reply and offer the service in a reasonable price range. The team moved my furniture for me so I did not have to do it. They were also very respectful and the carpets look great! They even wiped up any spilled solution so I didn't slip.

We have engaged Avon to do a floor polishing and wall cleaning. The detailed survey was done prior and result was committed with experienced workers. During the work, job was carried out with safety measures, workers are easy to communicate with and Gary was on site in person to supervise and ensure all areas are covered. During the end of job, testing was done through machine to visualize the shine of the flooring and result was satisfying and noticeable by public!
