I engaged Carpet Cleaning for one-time carpet cleaning service in my office yesterday and i was very impressed with their service. Sales coordinator was very prompt with her replies and the team who came down was very polite and friendly as well. They also cleaned up the carpet stains we had in the office! I got super lucky to get a slot of next day from Shan to clean my sofa bed! After use of 7 years, it got moldy and dirty. Now brand new again after deep cleaning! Thanks so much for the professional service and love it!

We got a sofa and mattress cleaning done. The results were fantastic as all the stains were gone (we have pets so both mattress and sofa had stains) and the mattress looked like new. We were thinking of discarding the sofa but the cleaning gave it a new life.
The service was well priced with no additional hidden charges.

Super bad service and nothing as what is claimed in their website or WhatsApp. They are very prompt in response when they want to get biz but once they got the biz and there’s issues, they won’t response at all. First, they come way before appointment time like 1.5 hr early without calling first and 20mins later done cleaning 1 king and 2 single and left, leaving all mattresses wet and stain not lighten at all. We are left to dry it ourselves. Call them few time and they claim will get the staff to call me back but never.

He was very meticulous and professional. Very friendly and willing to share his expertise as well. He also cleaned half of the sofa first to show the difference. Charges are also reasonable. Highly recommended!

After hearing all the good reviews, my expectations were higher and would expect them to be better than the previous cleaner.
I expect a more thorough shampooing (eg a bit of scrubbing or 2nd round). After I gave my feedback, they responded quickly to rectify the issue and are more thorough in the follow up. I am very impressed. The response is fast and queries answered quickly.

First time using. Ashraf came to help clean the mattress and he was very efficient, polite, and got the job well done! He deserves a 5 star rating.

However the cleaning agents used are quite strong smelling and overpowering. So for those who are looking for natural cleaning or have animals or people who are sensitive to chemicals and perfumery, may want to reconsider.

But other than that, it is good!

4 cleaners & 1 supervisor came for my 1+study unit. Very quick & responsive. They ensured everything was cleaned. When I asked for something, they immediately actioned on it. Supervisor was there throughout to guide and was hands on too. They also used disinfectant to clean all surfaces. Thorough job.

I did curtain deep cleaning and also bi-weekly resudential cleaning and was very surprised by their service and quality of cleaners!

Curtain cleaning was a swift as the cleaner came in and did everything with iniative without having me to direct much.

Residential cleaner mabel was so thorough in her cleaning. I understand rainbow vaccum is not easy to use but she can use it very well after teaching her once and she always turn up 10 mins before the cleaning hours to get ready.

Beware of this company. They are very helpful at first when it comes to booking a service but after they "cleaned" our carpet spots started to come out. Initially the company was responsive and saying to just let the carpet dry, later on after showing more photos of the carpet they said they'll have someone come over the week after.

Tried reaching them to schedule multiple times however STOPPED REPLYING. Better to take your carpet cleaned elsewhere. Our carpet was way better before the company touched it ~ what a waste of money and time!!!

Have been using abba maintenance's service for 2 years. Other than the professional cleaners, what I like is their customer service, always prompt and update us when their regular cleaners are on leave and schedule replacements without us needing to chase them for one! Keep it up!

I was quoted $301 for 7 hours of cleaning for a condo which was vacant for months. Unit was dusty at best and only required maybe 3-4 man-hours of cleaning.

I conveyed this to the company but they insisted on sending 3 workers and told me they would pro-rate the amount if less man-hours were taken.

On the day of the clean, the 3 workers told me they would be late and would reach around 9.30am. They were done at 11.30am. That’s a total of 6 man-hours of work.

Final invoice was not pro-rated for 6 man-hours of work and the supervisor still tried to argue with me that they completed 7 hours.

1) 6 man-hours to clean a 700ft apartment that is at best dusty is ridiculous.

2) Supervisor tried to lie and tell me they did 2.3 hours of work/person. How they can come up with that timing so accurately is beyond me.

3) After some back and forth, they agreed to pro-rate the last 1 hour but the amount was incorrect – they reduced my charge by $35/hour. $301/7 = $43/man-hour

Yes, the amounts of money may be small but the charges are arbitrary and disingenuous. I will never use them again.

As I was heavily pregnant this time last year and unable to do heavy/strenuous house chores, we hired Clean Lab to assist in general services for the house - mainly toilets, rooms & high touch areas. Very prompt response to my query about stain removal on a sofa. I sent a photo and they explained that they can only try and no guarantee. The price was reasonable so i opted to try because the option was reupholstery which is much much more expensive.

Hard to believe anything stated on their website. It promises no moisture and no chemicals:

“Besides cleaning mattresses without moisture, our cleaning products are 100% chemical-free.

Don’t expect to inhale or touch chemical residue after our cleaning techniques are complete.“

But 3 hours after the cleaning, despite open windows and blowing a strong ceiling fan, my mattress is still soaking wet and there’s a strong chemical smell.

According to the company, they changed their cleaning technique and didn’t update their website.

The actual price was also higher than stated on their website and did not arrive on time.

This is the first time we have engaged Abba's services. They were able to provided fast and efficient booking confirmation.

It is my second time engaging Absolute cleaning services to steam clean my curtains, mattress, sofa, carpet and upholstery, since moving into my apartment 1 year ago. I am really glad I did.

Leah was very prompt to respond to my queries and helpful in coordinating my change in cleaning date. In fact, she could already recognize me from my number and could quickly check my records to verify my address and previous job done.

Sara and his team who came to do the cleaning were very efficient and professional. He could still remember cleaning my place a year ago and the items that I needed cleaning. They took great care with my furniture as well considering that I have already moved in and thus there is less space to maneuver.

Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend Absolute cleaning services!

11/01/2020 UPDATE: I also got them to do a pre-tenancy cleaning of my apartment after the polishing/grinding of the marble floor (review of that service is below - that was good).

I was out of the country when the cleaning happened, and the handover of tenancy was immediately after I returned so I didn't have time to do a check. I assumed all would be ok.

On the handover day, when my new tenant took over, she immediately complained about the condition of the apartment to the agent - the apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the fridge did not appear to have been touched at all - see the attached pictures which my tenant sent me. I called up the company and they said would send someone down to rectify. They said that the cleaning team would arrive by 1.30pm that same day. My tenant had made earlier plans but came back specially by 1.15pm to open the door for the cleaners.

By 2.45pm, my tenant contacted me to say that the cleaners still hadn't arrived. I called up again and the boss said there was a mix up with the cleaning team and that they "confirm will reach within 15 mins" - that was 2.52pm. They only arrived 30 minutes later.

That would be fine if they did a good job on the re-clean. The cleaning team told my tenant that cleaning of the fridge was NOT INCLUDED in the package. This was the first time that I, or my agent, have heard this for a pre-tenancy cleaning service.

Anyway, called the boss again, and he said that he would sort it out and he would get them to clean the fridge. So they apparently "cleaned" the fridge, but the feedback from my tenant (who was witnessing the cleaning of the fridge) was "The agency that came just used water in front of me, no cleaning products. They just wiped, not cleaned." - see the photos for what the fridge looked like AFTER they "cleaned".

So I WOULD NOT recommend this company for their cleaning services, although the floor polishing and grinding were ok.

10/12/2019: Engaged them to grind and polish the marble flooring in my apartment. Yusof and team did a great job, very polite and efficient. Gave me tips on how to maintain the flooring so that it is kept in good condition. Price was reasonable and I'll look to use them in the future. 5 stars for the floor polishing and grinding.

Jason and team were helpful and several of the team members went out of their way to complete their tasks, despite one having to stay till past 8pm (Dao). the other stand out was Lucy, who returned after her other offsite to help out the remaining mates. as with most teams, there's always one that deter the perfect score. worked with Jason on the way forward in improving this individual and Jason was receptive to the feedback provided 👍👍👍👍

Engage their services for carpet cleaning, thru the operator everything go well and helpful. When the service guy came they refused to take up the job & wanted to increase the price. Suggest to get the operation guy to recce and get everything cleared before engage their services. If not is really a waste of time and effort.

Recently engaged the service of Clean Lab for my mattress cleaning and sanitizing and the Specialist that came down was very thorough. I was shocked when they showed me the amount of dirt extracted out from my mattress. Will definitely engage their service again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a deep mattress cleaning.

Really good service. I did 4 rugs, and scotch guarded one rug. Quick and efficient. You have to leave the rugs in the AC to dry. I had a white rug which was really dirty, though you can't get it 100% white, it is quite close. Highly recommend.

While they finally called at the time they were supposed to be at my house, they showed up two hours late. They were friendly enough when hey got here and while doing the work. My only major complaint is that the lighter colored chair that had some "wear staining" from just using it a lot, did not look much better than prior to the cleaning. While I notice that it is subtly better, someone not familiar with what it looked like previously might think it would still need to be cleaned. I don't know if it is their process or the people that are causing the gap in expectation, but it is something they could stand to address. Overall, they did a fair job for the price, I would just supervise them more closely when I use them in the future.

We tried their services to clean our office carpets and to our surprised all the stains and spot has been removed permanently. The carpet was dried within a few hours. We would recommended them for your carpet cleaning.
