Very poor service for a specialised store. Asked for one type of bulbs but was sold another type. Was in a rush and didn’t check. Also they turned out to be 3 times more expensive than on amazon but I needed them on the day. Now need to go back and return.

The owner is always extremely friendly, helpful and patient.
If he does not have what you need he will point you in the right direction.
Quality service!
Well stocked shop for all your home electrical needs. Knowledgeable and gracious service direct from the shop owner. A refreshing alternative to impersonal high street chain stores and robotic mail order websites. Highly recommended!
Extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful service. Fantastic selection of parts in stock.
I have been to this store many times. My number 1 stop, if I am ever in need of any lighting items. A wonderfully run family business. They have always been courteous and helpful. One of the best stocked electrical stores in the west of London, run by a real electrical engineer! Their stock always amazes me, with a huge range of soft light LED bulbs that put to shame the lighting departments of major department stores in the area, not mentioning any names, John Lewis, just saying.

Electrical Wholesalers is a well-stocked shop offering electrical products, lights and repair services for the local area. Across many visits where I needed advice to repair an Anglepoise lamp, the owner patiently offered practical tips and assistance. I eventually and satisfyingly succeeded! In return for his generosity he has yet another loyal customer. If you need great electrical products and services go to Electrical Wholesalers!
Amazing experience - I was trying to get some tricky wiring sorted for a new dimmer switch which did not have the same wiring configuration as the one I was replacing. The owner (and Chelsea the shop cat) spent 20mins with me, made me a bespoke little wiring workaround, explained how to install it, and wouldn't take any money for it. Incredible service - kind and generous with both knowledge and time.
Excellent service very knowledgable and great advice from Faisal who helped with a halogen to LED conversion
Great wholesalers he carries a lot of stock they are very accommodating and will do their best to help. All in all a great stockist
Very poor service, made me wait 20 minutes and they didn’t have basics stuff
I spent over two hours from one shop to other in order to find a part. It was impossible. Until I remembered this wholesaler on the Westbourne grove, which should have any part possible. Came to the shop, and I found 7 different items of that product. I was so relieved. They are always kind to me and professional. They are very knowledgeable of all electrical parts possible, new or old. I’ve been using the shop for over 7 years and they are one of my main electrical suppliers, I guess they’ve been around for over 35 years. I must say it’s the best place in london. Very happy.
Very good customer service , very very helpfull ... Highly recommended..
Wide array of electrical goods and manufacturers. Very helpful staff who will ring suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Highly recommend.
Entered this shop to look for a lamp post that could fit a specific bulb, an smart lamp, that would facilitate the life of a disabled person.

The old bald rude man sat on his chair showed me an adaptor, I explained again, nicely, what I was looking for. He said that he had the item, but would only show if I'd pay, i said that "i can't pay for something i can't see" he said, then, that I should leave.

The lamps post I wanted cost £20 and I was willing to get 4, but he probably has a lot of money and doesn't need customers, didn't even bother try to understand. So I strongly advise not to got if you're unwilling to pay to see items that you already want to buy, and be treated rudely.
The Manager Karl is top draw. Very knowledgeable and helpful, best electrical shop in West London IMO, just wish the opening hours were dependable.

Amazing customer service always seem to have what you need from a small fuse to a customiserble consumer unit
An always helpful and friendly service ..
Was there again today a good supply of varied stock 👍
The staff was absolutely useless. I asked if they could check if the adaptor of the Christmas lights was working. I was told that they were not electricians and didn't know anything about lighting! It was like going to a bookshop and being told "sorry, we can't help because we can't read!" Very disappointing that the Christmas spirit of helping each other hasn't reached London Electrical Distributors.

You can get most items much cheaper on Amazon or Ebay if you have some times on your hands. I really mean much much cheaper like 100% in some cases

NICEIC Approved contractor.

It's came to the point my company would go there for some lunch break light entertainment.
The prices are extortionate. Some materials are triple the online price.

I feel house basher's and those doing a bit of d. I. y (making small orders are the ones to keep this rip off merchant afloat. Any commercial electrical firm would be unable to get any tenders whatsoever if this was their supplier, as they would be 30% more expensivebthan their competition.

As a previous review mentioned, only go there if you're in a desperate rush and ready to get shafted.

An example of the costs.
-Metal blank modules for d.b's @ Arrow £2.60 each, online price £3.60 for 10.
- Ip 44 fused spur £13 @ Arrow, £6.50 toolstation.

I could go on and on and on.
I been there yesterday asked for help one tall and white guy say he can't help his job just In the till. Very poor service they don't care about customers.im very very upset his behaviour
The products i bought (and were highly recommended) were of poor quality and despite having a warranty they are doing everything possible to deny the product is faulty without rven seeing or testing it and then trying to manipulate the situation by denying the itrm cannot be faulty so they dont replace the faulty item. I would not recommend this company at all.

I go here out of pure desperation, I hate the service here. Usually left standing there until they decide to serve you. I lived within walking distance yet I would rather drive to Edmundsons or city’s in Camden.... that’s how much I avoided the service.
Rude staff and expensive

Pretty poor phone service. Was put on hold for some time for someone else to pick up the phone asking what I'm doing (?!) only to be put on hold again. Calling again the phone was put down. Calling a 3rd time, was given poor advice on electrics from someone who's not an electrician. Quite rude and untrained really...a shame.
Really important to shop local and not resort to places online like Amazon which will kill the high Street.
This Electrical wholesaler has been running since it took over from the Doctor's surgery which was there maybe 30 years ago.
So please get out shop local, support your local businesses including Westminster Electrical which is a great store.
Used to go there for my business goods but only for my home stuff now.
Originally was run by Micky Droy who used to play for Chelsea during the mid 70's and part of the 80's.
When you go in there the staff are really well trained and knowledgable which is great and think this creates loyal customers.
Westminster Electrical have been in Kilburn lane for many many years and are a great local business.
Really competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, and a loading space outside. The best supplier in the area by a long way.
