Waiting times at coulsdon TLC are off the scale. 2 serving. As opposed to Croydon who have 4 /5 serving.
Staff at coulsdon look like they've lost the will to live. As do the customers in the ques. Never been in and not been in que.

Use them all the time, best prices for all electrical products. I really think the company should give the serving staff some perspex screens, how much does it really cost? Time to invest a little on the shop maybe put in an automatic door? Considering how much we spend in here. I know they have had to adapt to the Corona virus situation quickly like everyone else, and they have to handle a lot of products back and forth but they should copy the Screwfix model and have a small serving hatch below the screen or put items on the shelves to the left and long items like trunking and tubing outside for us to collect rather than feeding it over the top where other customers are waiting.

They're always extremely helpful. I'm not trade and so usually need advice but they're always happy to help and their advice has always been great!

Really helpful staff, very busy usually but you still get served quickly enough unlike some wholesalers. They always have pretty much everything in stock from the vast catalogue. Very reliable!
