The bathroom in room 111 was the same size as the room itself. You can actually put a bed in the bathroom
Really good experience with clean rooms and cost from. $50 and up depending on time desired. Cash only
Sadly there's an old lady who sits at the front desk around 2pm who picks and chooses who to give a room too she's very nasty and bitter any other staff have given me a room but this lady is something else no matter how kind you are and genuine, she's very bitter once she's knows you are a regular guest for some reason motel manager needs to put that lady in her place big time or let her go
Chip paint is coming of the wall. The floor in the room is so dirty. There is a a women scream because of abuse from her man and no one in front desk or guess do anything. That poor women and no help. I left after jear the poor quality and dirtyness of the place. They should call the cops for that man. The health department for the poor care of the rooms.
There was a chunk of pubic hair the size of a washcloth I started lathering it up to clean the sink however it fell apart, thankfully I was wearing gloves .
Went to throw the sheets back they were fused together in about 7 different spots. I send my best to separate the sheets but there was some spots that were more yellow than others so it seems to stick together I don't recommend walking on the carpet barefoot as I walked barefoot I somehow picked up a Band-Aid and what seems to be the tip of an old school hypodermic needle that screws on I was able to get the needle out but it seemed to be rusted

These workers are supposed to help you but instead they talk to you like garbage, very disrespectful & disgusting behavior, If you're planning on coming here for any problems might as well fill up an applications to work here cuse these workers have you doing there job & have you do the most whenever you need somthing simple done.
Always packed, people always arguing with workers, yelling, the numbers aren't put on the board, workers yelling numbers through a window where no one can hear them. But there are 2 nice ladies in the front that does helps us if and when needed.
Reception was receptive to us finding a bed bug !!!! In the room !!! DO NOT COME HERE BEWARE BED BUG LIVE HERE SMHHH, Def got my money back 10 min into stay . 1 towel cigarette burned sheets , all around creepy experience which is why we scoped out the room and boom bed bug . Stay away.
The location could be a little bit better, but if you’ve been here from the outside, it does not look like a hotel at all but when you look closer, you can see that it is an actual hotel right across the street from the DMV right around the corner from McDonald’s and the Bronx zoo
I recommend going to this please it help me a lot , got my own place and I’m all set now

This is the worse unorganized Center that I ever went too got here at 9:00 am still waiting to be seen it's 3:19 pm there's alot of people still here waiting to be seen its so sad that we aren't getting out here until 5 6 o'clock at night
American Red Cross and Department of Housing Preservation and Dever put us here after a fire. They would have been better off putting us in an actual hotel. Room service only came once and yes we requested it. Microwave all the way in laundry room and can't use with motel staff. Biggest issue, night time staff is slow on updates and will try to check you out because they don't have access to email.
They treat people very badly, it's not all of them, but the dark-haired people who serve you are very disgusting, they don't help at all and you even talk to them and they ignore you, I feel it's not fair because we are human beings

Terrible ,since August I've been applying and my case keeps getting closed because they say that they called me and I don't answer my phone,witch is a lie because I requested a fair hearing and they got in touch with me just fine,I applied last month and I still didn't get nothing but confusing information.They sent me a letter stating that I wasn't eligible for what reasons I don't k ow because I'm in a shelter.
Nasty, impolite, unprofessional people who are ghetto work here. Every once in a while or a in a blue moon would I be fortunate enough to get a friendly, considerate caseworker. Even one of the female directors, if that's what she even is, is rude here at times. I could get severely bitten by a rabid dog, and the dog would still seem a whole lot nicer than her. It has been a while since I have been here. I hope they fired all of the rude staff by now. They cannot treat everyone who walks through their doors like a lazy vagrant who does not want to work. People expect help from here, not verbal and mental abuse along with open hostility.
I was in the Bronx last week july 2nd - July 8th and hung out here with my cousin who belongs to the club. Very kool people and a good time. When I go back to NY will come back here again.

This place is very unprofessional for a government building... the reception lady is very rude. And the security officers sit and talk their personal business loud infront of the waiting area. I came to the office at 7 45 am and waited for the process to start every one been standing here waiting for assistance.
There are still some good people that worl here. Other wise its very stressful to come here and deal with the others who are very unprofessional.

The most rude workers in the world. The wait to be seen for anything is over 2 hours ((plus)) even if you go early in the morning or late in the afternoon!!
Be prepared to have patience because some not (all) of the workers ar rude, evil and just mean as if they don’t want to work there. It’s upsetting and a headache. I hope things improve next year.

Had a lovely afternoon at Bronxonia with friends after the parade. A very honorable occasion for Veterans.
Very old and outdated. Went there for a baby shower. Not very nice.
