Fantástico hotel!! Muy buena ubicación al lado de la playa. Fui con mi perrito y le habían preparado una camita con mantas y una comedora y bebedora. El personal fue muy amable! 100% recomendable! Seguro que repetimos!!

A clean hotel with an excellent location. Professional and friendly service. Clean rooms with all basic amenities and the free coffie in the room and the common area is a big plus.. :)

Fantastic little boutique hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights here. The room was bright, spacious, nicely designed and very comfortable.
I had the same feeling for the common area where one can enjoy a nice coffee or tea, offert.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area of San Sebastian, maybe too quiet. It is close to the best beach in town, and one can find nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We even found the best bakery with the best Tarta de queso I have ever had.
Go on and look for it...
The only little bad thing is that the hotel is a bit difficult to find, and especially when traveling by car.
But overall I highly recommend Umma suite hotel.

Hotel is really good for this price. Hi is situate not so far from the beach and center. The room is nice, normal bathroom, with shampoo, shower gel and even body lotion. Coffee and tea is free.

Good location if you just want to go to the beach and not live in the middle of the city. A 20 minute walk to the city and plenty of busses. The rooms were nice and modern, but there were some ants and it could have been better cleaned upon arrival. The staff was very helpful with the check in.

Habitación muy bien ubicada y a muy buen precio, sobre estar en semana Santa. La estancia es sobria y sencilla con algunos toques vintage; cómoda y limpia...no se puede pedir más por menos.
Ah, cafetera con todos los cafés que te quieras tomar ☕...para ir bien despejado a visitar la ciudad.

Lovely quiet room in old town. Close to beach & promenade. Close to bars & restaurants

Noise from other rooms and upstairs (including rats scratching around above the ceiling), very stingy with coffee, soap, and shampoo. No facilities for cooking or washing clothes. The have lockers but no certain hours for reception, so if you store your luggage after checking out there's no guarantee you'll be able to get back into the building to retrieve your bags.

Precioso lugar con pequeño palacete. Actualmente se celebran bodas privadas.

The location was great as it was close to many bus stops, walking to beach and parks, as well as nice cafes around. The property is recently remodeled and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable of any place I stayed in the past several weeks of my trip. The room was quiet and you could open the windows for fresh air, too. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker or kettle but many good cafes within walking distance as I mentioned. I would stay again.

I was lucky to go to a private party in there. Quite impressive. And great views of the bay.
