Nice place.
affordable price with free breakfast... clean and very peaceful.
Building design allows for minimal ventilation of common areas. Subpar building materials, looks new from the outside but inside a condo unit, things are already breaking down.
Very secure place. The security guards are very accommodating and understanding.

Pros:
1. The Architectural design is modern.
2. The place is located at the downtown of Davao so that is a heavy plus points for the owner.
3. There is a gym located adjacent to the condominium.
Cons:
1. The place is dark (at night of course). You almost can determine that it is not yet finished.
2. There is little to no decoration outside so it seems that you are walking to a warehouse type of building and has no condominium ambiance.
