Best place when you have to go with

Booked and paid in agoda but they called me on our checkin day that they were already fully booked. Same case as the other feedback, avoid the hassle look for other accommodation especially if asked for payment first.

Staff are very approachable and accommodating. Good job.

I would like to believe that the owner & renter have signed a contract & agreed to its terms & conditions before the place was rented. So whoever reneged or didn't follow on what was stated on the contract is the one who is at fault.

The owner of the dorm is fair and just.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Beware in transacting with the "owner". Never engage your trust and money to her. She denies receipt even with proof of payment. With max BEHAVIOR & ATTITUDE PROBLEM. Sobra. Please find vibeBEWARE!

I had a booking for a week already paid for using the Agoda app, when we turned up we had no information how to check into our room, called the number for the place lots of times finally got through, the person said someone will be there. When the person came to help us they said all apartments are fully booked he didn't help at all with anything even we paid already. We called the number again they just didn't answer so my girlfriend called with her phone and got through to someone else they said they would give a refund, but how does that help us we had to find another place to stay that night. There are much better places for the same price with proper reception areas.

Small room with table and toilet, good for two. Clean and cool aircon. Wifi and data are not available in the 2nd and 3rd floor. Nice lobby waiting area - where wifi is available.

Location wise it's okay. Building is safe.

Our stay is scheduled today and we already paid the booking and all, but the tenants and contact person are all unresponsive, a bad experience and traumatic one for us booking online and the cost is not cheap also, report this rls studios

Very accomodating

The place is on finishing state kaya madami construction materials sa building. The room is small for our group activity. Was at the 3rd floor and somehow difficult to locate from spmc.

For one night (Php 580 good for 2-3 persons). They have TV, AC, and own CR ☺️

My curiosity sometimes in trying out different places such as budget hotels for travellers, but this is a so so. No lavatory, only double sized bed. Quit small room

the roomed smelled urine. the pillowcase wasnt washed well. there were no electric sockets for charging.

Very Small rooms..no elevator, not pwd friendly...no enough space to put your things on.

The rooms are small but comfortable. located near Peoples Park, it is a good and convenient location when you are staying in Davao..
