They have very bad "customer service." I have repeatedly contacted them and left messages, but they don't return calls. It makes me wonder if tenants living there have the same problem communicating with the management when they have a problem or want to get information.

This is the worst apartments

I applied for a unit here on the first week of October and was having issues for clearing my application due to self income. AMY AND CASSENDRA BOTH , have been very helpful and on it!! They worked everyday to hurry up and try to approve my application, they are very sweet and punctual. Out of anywhere I’ve lived they honestly are the only ones that actually KNOW how to do their job! I am very greatful for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live with such great, on the dot , managers!!! Thank you!!

These apartments are constantly advertising available units but have a 5-7 year waitlist. I’ve seen this on 2 different websites and it makes no sense why they keep advertising open and available units only to email potential tenants and ask them to apply for a waitlist
