Family building Owned by Ten property and the rent is affordable as its including gym swimming pool and also there is upper parking available not under ground. Plus, there is access for a lot of baqala near restaurants, and it's near to day to day al tawon. Secured and net clean

Tiger al qadesia - Maintenance dep. worst 😫. They told me flat is ready, I shifted my things. Kitchen and bathroom are not ready properly. Water is blocked in the bathroom, i am fed up following up, even pest control is not done - cockroaches 🪳 in the kitchen,

I have been living in this building for 2 years, and to be honest the maintenance, hygiene, and security are the worst.
No matter how clean you keep your apartment, cockroaches enter from every nook and cranny available. I have plastered most of the tiny holes, but even then, I find 6 - 7 cockroaches per day. When a family vacates, the maintenance guys do the pest control in that house and leave the door open, and then cockroaches are found everywhere on the corridor, and it enters all the other apartments. The garbage disposal area is a major issue for the spreading of cockroaches.
Though they have an app to lodge complaints for repair, at the end of the day, we will have to visit 2 - 3 times to get the repair fixed. The maintenance guys come and pass the work on each other's hands, saying it's not their duty. A simple repair takes a minimum of 2 days to be sorted.
Security wise, you have no record of who comes and goes out, so you have to be extra cautious of anyone who rings your doorbell. I have been receiving empty doorbell rings for the past 3 days.
Every year they increase the payment which was not promised when signing the contract but the facilities available are really bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone, though it is a hot spot. I'm really disappointed.

Really I had a very bad incident. They even don’t care about anything while doing the cancellation on flat. They charge simple 620 aed for their maintenance even if the flat is in clean. And no respect while talking. Upon my experience please don’t go on this trap. They increase rent upon their thoughts

As per sharjah municipality rules 3 years same rental amount, but this fraud management cheating everybody in the name of discount rental agreement. They increase rental amount every year 5k AED.
I live in this building for last 2 years, yesterday night a security guard abused me infront of my guest, he even took my parking access card and didn’t return it. When I asked him for the card, he was using bad words and made me wait for 15 minutes. And I don’t even know what’s the reason is. It’s been 24 hours, I have been trying to contact them. Nobody answering the calls, no reply to the emails. Pathetic service. Never expected this from TIGER group. Never recommend this place

Worst maintenance . Moved in new flat last week in this building block D the maintenance is not ready , kitchen cupboards are of 4 different colors that too very old ones which stinks badly , kitchen ceiling is very dirty, deep cleaning not done it's all sticky in kitchen, wash room cleaning not done painting is very bad comes off easily . The carpenter guy tell us to adjust the cupboards with different colors as all other flats are more worst condition .

Cheating at its best . The worst ever building I have ever seen. Located in Sharjah and increasing price every year.first 27, second year 29 and third year 33k. Do you believe they increase rent every ear in Sharjah.my friends stays in nearby building and they don’t do increase rent for 3 years
They will write an amount in contract and then say discount.next year they will increase price and offer you another discount . But still 20 to 40% hike compared to last year discount price. when you take flat first time, tthey will give you a descent price. But you are trapped from second year.nobody pay rent increase in nearby buildings in Sharjah where my friends stays for first 3 years except this building.
For one BHK am paying 800 Sewa on average every month.al other building with same kind of usage it’s around 500 range.So you loose another 300 here

Nice place to live in Al nahda Sharjah it's just opposite Sahara Centre, near Ansar mall, Lulu hypermarket, viva supermarket and Al Maya supermarket.

It's located across Sahara Mall, clean environment and easy access to Dubai. Restaurants and shops are available nearby, only traffic jams in the lifts.

Very bad service, poor maintenance, dirty building. Cockroaches all over the building. Ceiling ac leaking. Gyms are not working. Drains are bad. So many insects. We kept cleaning house but still very bad.

Basically a small grocery with big name but you can by refreshment stuff easily.
Not recommended for residents. Kids were always sick from AC. Seems system filtering and hygiene is not properly maintained. Real estate broker is never straight forward and each tenant has different lease that other.
Building is having bachelors and sharing although it is a family building.
Parking outside has no issue, noise is noticable being on main road although was on last floor.

It's a nice place and good location. It's an old building and hence has associated drawbacks. Management were so far good and Ashan the supervisor for maintainence is very helpful. The rest is all similar to other sharjah building issues.. we live without family peacefully.
Very bad. They sold the tower to new owner and he is adding new fees for renewal and not reducing the rend and there is no maintenance like before
