Absolutely horrible hotel. Rooms are subpar, reception staff rude and guests have no respect for their fellow neighbours. No noise insulation so you will heard each and every cough made next door

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Booked for holiday to travel on 27th December. Due to the French movement guidelines we are unable to travel. We have tried to contact the hotel via Email, Messaging Service and telephone and they have ignored every attempt to contact them and we can not get a refund back. As a previous customer we find this behaviour disgusting and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

I booked on booking.com and took the free cancellation. They charged €767 prepayment which is fine. However I’ve cancelled 8 months prior to going and am due the money to be returned however they won’t answer emails. I’ve had to get in touch with booking.com who agree my money should be returned. Don’t risk booking here!

Good location, but the familyroom is basically a standard double with a bunkbed jammed in so the tarrace door cannot open

An absolute joke this restaurant - didn’t take note of our reservation from the day before, didn’t register that we asked for a birthday cake and on top of that the waitress came out of her way to tell us that we for sure were mistaken and didn’t ask for the cake at all despite actually booking in person. Not only were there no apologies, but they also added extra items to our bill (extra kid menu, extra drinks and it goes on) and complained that we asked for the items to be removed. And it’s not like the food is worth going anyway - just stay away, there are many more places to try in val d’Isere.
