Posizione ottimale, stanze essenziali ma pulite e ben arredate, peccato per la mancanza di ascensore..

Il posto era molto carino, con tutto quello che serve e in pieno cuore della città. Alessio è stato super gentile e disponibile sin dal primo momento. Ha reso l'arrivo molto facile e ci ha pure consigliato tantissimi ristoranti dove andare a mangiare tipico bolognese. Grazie mille!!!!!

I would rate it between 4 and 5. It is very small, the bathroom is tiny. There is all necessary staff for living. It was not very clean. But we lived here for 5 days and it was good. It is situated near the city center, there are many good restaurants and a rather big supermarket nearby. Note that you will have to take stairs every time to get to and from the apartment, so it will not be good for elderly people, disabled people or even for family with small kids. However we enjoyed our staying here.

Elegant and clean place to stay. Also close to the city center (approximately 20 minutes walking). Parking is enough for all the accommodation units. Modern kitchen fully utilized, including washing machine. No breakfast, but a coffee per day per person from the house which you can make it in the room. What we didn’t like was the noise; there was some kind of party next to our room, with loud music at almost midnight. We tried to reach the host, but no answer until morning.

One of the best place I ever stayed! Very close located to Bologna center, probably 15 minutes walking, the villa looks fantastic and offers full comfort for its guests. Parking is available on location inside the villa’s yard.
Rooms are spacious, including a kitchenette, having a queen size bed and a sofa.

Sono stata in questa struttura bellissima, pulitissima e centralissima, dotata di tutti in confort.
Sembrava quasi di essere a casa mia.
La proprietaria Giulia è stata disponibile ed accogliente sin dall'inizio.
Anche la signora Nora, sua madre, una donna buona e disponibile.
Consiglio la struttura vivamente!

With respect to positives - the comms were very good and the staff responded to queries quickly. Also the air con did its job.

The one thing that disappointed me the most about this apartment was the noise. Even with the windows closed it was not the constant flow of traffic during the day that was most distracting, it was the noise from pedestrians streaming past on the street more or less all night. I realise this apartment is near the centre of town, and I am light sleeper, but I don't want to hear every argument, animated phone call, and the drunken singing of the flotsam and jetsam of life as it flowed past below my second floor bedroom window.

PS a sponge to clean the dishes/pots and wipe kitchen surfaces would not break the bank.

We stayed at unit 702, the beds are comfortable and it has two bathrooms as well. I would give 5 star if the wifi connection is stable.

Good location and everything worked. Would use again.

Toller Aufenthalt! Sehr schönes Apartment, vollautomatisierter Check-In, hat gut funktioniert. Lage ist klasse, außerhalb der ZTL mit Park- und Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge. Alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, super um Bologna zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Loved the place. Italian, non-touristy neighborhood. Amazing quality furniture. We stayed one night at house 6. Also very nice people! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Mysuitehome was great. Modern apartments with great amenities. The place is located in a great location close to many attractions. They also offer gated parking for a fee which was great and very convenient. The hosts are very helpful and easy to communicate via WhatsApp and they will share all details for check in via WhatsApp.

I gave it 4 starts because the hosts were not very flexible when it came to checkout time, they would require additional charges for an extra 30 min or 1 hrs which is understandable but unnecessary. Because we have kids, we ended up paying the extra charge but later they told us to stay if needed but were ready to leave. I wish they were a little bit more flexible with the time since it wasn’t very busy. Would definitely recommend the place and will be coming back soon.

Struttura sicuramente centrale e ben collegata, l’abbiamo trovata pulitissima e ordinata. Aggiungo, infine, che l’host si è fin da subito dimostrata disponibile per chiarire ogni nostro dubbio rispondendo chiaramente e velocemente a ogni domanda. Consigliatissimo

Ottima posizione, a poca distanza dal centro di Bologna. In poco spazio c'è però tutto quello che serve. Accoglienza ottima.

Super location, nicely furnished (especially the bedrooms with good bed linen). However we had some issues: no warm water on the first morning and a window that didn’t close properly (big issue due to the central location on the main road). The water issue was solved after we kicked up a fuss, but the window one wasn’t because according to the owner „it wasn’t an issue“. We didn’t like the owners attitude of „take it or leave it“.

Pessima esperienza.
Dopo aver prenotato telefonicamente , quasi 1 mese prima per 5 persone, premettendo che I miei genitori erano gia' stati li' nel b&b di via Sant' Isaia qualche anno prima e che erano rimasti molto contenti anche per la posizione molto comoda vicino ad Andrea Costa, zona nella quale vive mia sorella , la titolare ha pensato bene di darci l'appartamento a Casalecchio di Reno , in "culonia" rispetto al programma che avevamo...Avra' forse pensato che parlando di Andrea Costa mi riferissi ad un cittadino di Casalecchio di Reno o ad un suo amico ???? E non ad una delle vie principali di Bologna? O forse ci hanno presi per I fondelli? Lasciamo il beneficio del dubbio. Comunque, I due signori, dopo essere profondamente rammaricati per l'accaduto ci hanno fatto lo sconto di 60 Euro sulle camere. Ho provato a chiedere anche un rimborso per I taxi perche' naturalmente avevamo programmato vari spostamenti, che se fossimo stati a Bologna ci sarebbero costati meno della meta' e ci e' stato risposto con quelle faccine rammaricate in pena per noi...... che I taxi non sarebbero potuti costare piu' di 60 Euro. Fate un conto voi. Da Sant'Isaia a Casalecchio ( 2 taxi) ; Da Casalecchio a San Lazzaro , avevamo una Cena con I nostri amici( sempre 2 taxi) ; da Sal Lazzaro a Casalecchio ( sempre 2 taxi) . Da Casalecchio a stazione centrale( sempre 2 taxi). A voi l'ardua sentenza.....

Abbiamo approfittato di questo appartamento per quattro giorni ed è stato meraviglioso! Appartamento piccolo, ma adattabile! Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato trattorie e gelaterie!! Ambiente pulito, l’unica nota è stata la porta della doccia un po’ difficile da aprire, ma consiglio questo posto per chi vuol spendere poco e si adatta alle cose semplici!! Ci tornerei!!

Großartig! Wunderschönes Haus. Tolles Apartment. Gut und SEHR geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Lage in einem grünen Stadtteil am Rande der Innenstadt. Bus Nummer 11 um die Ecke bringt uns in 10 Minuten zur Piazza Maggiore. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Unser bestes Quartier auf der Reise!

Excelente ubicación, bonito apartamento, moderno, amplio, limpio y tranquilo.

If you are looking for a kind host. Don’t come here. We were one day too late to cancel our booking for extremely sad personal reasons. The host was not willing to refund us our money or even change te dates for our arrival. He was scared to loose money but we even promised to show our flight changes and everything. Then he even had the balls to ask us to cancel our reservation so he could get other guests in our room. There are other cheaper and nicer places to stay on airbnb. DONT GO HERE!

Situación magnífica, en pleno centro. Puedes moverte a cualquier sitio a pie. Relación calidad precio inmejorable.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo indispensable, aunque quizás algo más de menaje de cocina no le vendría mal.
Aún así el apartamento es 10.

El trato con Guido como con las chicas de la tienda de juguetes espectacular, fueron muy amables.

Indeed location close to the center, but other than that the price is not justified at all. The view of the apartment is towards a wall not towards the towers or town, we found a whole in the window, the walls are most of them dirty and the bathroom and overall the apartment is not as new and classy as the presentation pictures show.

Un mini appartamento davvero incantevole, assolutamente soddisfatto. Eccellente posizione a due passi da Piazza Maggiore, da via Indipendenza, dalle Due Torri. Camera con finestra a tetto che si affaccia sulle Due Torri davvero spettacolare, bagno piccolo ma ben confortevole. Posizione strategica e Meta ideale per visitare la città a piedi un hotel da consigliare ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

La chambre est super bien située, très proche du centre ville.
Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer la personne pour nous accueillir car notre train a eu du retard pour notre arrivée et pour le départ non plus car planning non compatible.
La chambre était conforme à notre demande, la salle de bain très bien et propre. Le sol de la chambre était moins propre. Il aurait été bien d’avoir une savonnette pour se laver les mains au quotidien. Certes il y avait gel douche et shampoing mais déjà entamés (des formats individuels ou voyages auraient été plus adaptés).
Le petit déjeuner est à déconseiller car les hôtes n’étant pas sur place il faut se contenter de biscuits secs et madeleines.
Le réfrigérateur ne marchait pas donc pas de beurre pour déjeuner et lles confitures étaient déjà ouvertes !!!
Point apprécié : la personne nous a laissait un sèche-cheveux et fer à repasser.
Et il aurait été bien aussi de préciser que la chambre était au 2ème Etage.

Airbnb perfect for two people who want to be within walking distance of Bologna's main attractions. Has most of your basic necessities. 24 min walking away from the train station. Lots of nice local spots within 5min walking or less.

Andato in questo splendido appartamento situato in via Indipendenza 30 in pieno centro di Bologna,accolto dal proprietario Martino con simpatia e professionalità,il quale mia ha illustrato l’appartamento in ogni sua zona,che dire mi sono sentito coccolato e accontentato in ogni mia richiesta.Oltre all’appartamsento nuovissimo e arredato in modo impeccabile,un frigorifero pieno di ogni cosa per soddisfare tutti i tipi di colazione.Bravissimo Martino ci rivedremo per i miei soggiorni bolognesi !!!

Esperienza fantastica. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e organizzato e gli host sono molto disponibili. La zona è perfetta, a due passi da Piazza Maggiore e dal Pratello. Consigliatissimo:)

My husband and I spent the entire month of July 2018 in apartment Revegnana at Petronio Residence. It was perfect, with a French balcony overlooking the main street and a clear view of the two towers. It was a good size for 2 people, and can accommodate a family of 3 quite comfortably. The central location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. It's just a 25-minute walk along the main shopping street to the train station, and there is regular bus service with stops just a few meters from the residence. The residence itself was spotless - very well kept. The management and staff are lovely, very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Residence Petronia!

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Bad. Extra Kühlschrank, Kaffee- und Teekocher und Frühstückszutaten. Alles sehr sauber. Sanitär ziemlich neu. Zentral gelegen, 10 min zu Fuß zum Dom, aber sehr trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nette kleine Bar am nächsten Eck mit super dolce. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt !!!
