Top Apartment buildings in Old Town, Czech Republic

There was no AC. Was uncomfortably hot. Fans didn’t work and were not effective. The sinks were clogged both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The soap dispensers didn’t function properly. There were bugs in the apartment that were attracted to the light fixture at night.

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. We had the first floor (up 1 flight of stairs) unit that smelled horribly of stale smoke with zero air circulating. The heat of the apartment was disgusting with only 2 fans, one of which didn't work. No toilet paper holder. The shower tub is the most dangerous shower to get in and out of, slippery floor and deep with no hand rails and glass wall that is not secured, so it moves and water goes everywhere. 3 windows that face an 8 square foot atrium where all other tenants can see you and make noise all night long. Dirty, smelly, stale air. We immediately booked the old town Hilton next day and are so happy we did. When I emailed the Continents about the condition of the room, they completely ignored the email, ZERO response! Not surprising, should have known since the past month I have been emailing questions about parking and early arrival requests. Got a response back once every 2 weeks? I have never given anything such a negative review, but cannot stress enough how horrible this place is, stay away!!!

Perfect location with everything you want to see in beautiful Prague within walking distance, yet quiet and peaceful. The appartment is bright, airy, has everything you need and has automated check in and a very secure key pad entry system (no more losing the key!) . The sister hotel 2 mins away can offer advise , if needed. in the old town

Very nice room located near the historic old town. The building is historical and has lots of charm. The room was spotless and very large. My family had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay.

The location is top notch, right in the heart of the city center. Even being in the heart of everything, the apartment is still quiet and very safe. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. We loved our stay and would stay at this location again when/if in Prague.

Very safe and secure apartment located in a perfect place in the old city. Most attractive places are at the vacinity. The apartment is a piece of art.

Australia room is comfortable, cozy, cute and quiet. The building is quite literally in the city center, but this apartment has a courtyard view and no outside noise can be heard. Check-in was so easy, I couldn't believe that was it, haha. 100% recommend this place.

Fabulous and very central location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Really comfortable beds, good shower. No complaints at all.

Lovely place to stay in Prague. Close to most sites. Staff were on and off friendly. Some staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional. We were overcharged city tax and staff never got back to us to refund the overcharged amount. Its a shame as we did enjoy staying at this apartment. Carpet and lounge were dirty but rest of the place was clean.

Living apartment was good for holiday stay: kitchen, ironing facilities was provided as on descriptions of property. Warm and comfortable home , spacious, very satisfied .

A lovely apartment with all we needed for a four night break. Quiet and relaxing. A little work needed on cracked tiles in bathroom but not spoiled our stay. Plenty of bars restaurants and p look aces to visit in walking distance.

Fantastic location close to everything. The apartment was large and comfortable. Unfortunately the water went off for about 24 hours. We had to buy water and couldn’t shower or do washing (which is why we got an apartment) however they were easy to contact and arranged a technician who fixed it the following day. These things happen so it wasn’t a major issue, just a bit of an inconvenience. Everything else was great so happy to recommend. Very good value for money also.

We had two apartments. The Asia and Africa. The two bed apartment was fabulous and spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds. The one bed apartment was quite dark and dated. No hair dryer in the one bed. Overall, location, security and value for money was great.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. The downsides were the lift kept breaking which isn’t great for a 68 year old woman (8 flights of stairs and luggage), the washing machine does not stop just keeps cycling no matter which cycle you use, no drying rack and also one morning there was no water in the showers.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures - very spacious, clean and central. Location is excellent - minutes walk only from all the places you may wish to visit and with trams running outside. We did not have any issues with noise and the service was discreet and very good. It would perhaps be helpful for future guests is a tram map or a map of Prague could be provided. We arrived late and then spent quite a bit of time on the first morning finding these things. Pick up to and from the airport was easy to arrange and managed well. We enjoyed our stay very much.
