Today we have visited the Poulomi avante ..sales team was very professional and very patience . In this project they are providing good quality doors and fittings . Kids will definitely enjoy football court / basketball court

In my recent visit to their model apartment, I have seen it to be one of the best projects around Kokapet. In order to make the building one of the most iconic projects for end users, a lot of care has been taken to ensure that the construction is of high quality and that the specifications, such as doors, CP, and sanitary, meet requirements.
Happy about owning a flat in Poulomi Avante project as it's taking a good shape as promised. Avante sales Staff are quite supportive and are committed in keeping the customers updated about the project.
One of the best value for money of poulomi, strategically placed, well equipped with all amenities. I would recommend this as a good choice for Home buyers

Excellent construction. Very nice society. Full of greeneries..Very well maintained. Well equipped Gym, having Badminton courts, Squash Court & many more in the Club house.. Superb place to stay.
Had to select 1 as there is no zero. Worst experience with the sales and crm team. You will get a great respect and good hospitality at the time you go for site visit, once token amount is given things will go upside down, not sure it was me who faced this. Noticed some small issues at the time of site visit, they promised it's just matter of a day to get them rectified, it's been more than 2 months and no one has taken care of those issues. Haded over the flat in a worst situation. I seriously regret for investing in this property. Hope it is useful for someone planning to invest in this brand.

Great community. Fantastic location. Very good amenities, Liked the club house, pool, indoor badminton court & squash court. Amazing views from the balconies. Very nice place for kids to cycle, people to walk. I wish the apartments had larger sizes.
A decent society with a good view of the highway and experience some mesmerising sunsets.

Very nice and calm place to live. Many good schools near by. Like any other society it has got both Pros and Cons. Society is very well maintained and the club house is very good. If you are some one interested in pollution free and peaceful living. This is one of the places out there.
Old apartment, spacious flats, no lifts, 4 floors, security, near to begumpet main road, walkable distance. Near to Prakash nagar metro.

It's a nice and cozy place where you get the view of the Old Begumpet Airport from the balcony of the backside homes or from the terrace. It's not very luxurious but does have spacious rooms with high ceilings. The residents are kind and don't interfere much in anything. Taking homes here for rent are cheap and low for the price
Excellent location and amenities. Other builders don’t even build club house and amenities and start demanding higher price. Vertex actually built top class club house. Great construction quality and landscaping. Well worth the investment compared to other builders in the area! For those in doubt I highly suggest to visit neighboring apartments once and then see Panache and decide if the price is right.
