Since these homes are getting built by the renowned Wave Group, I expect great living experience soon in time.

Wace City Center is one of the best residential-cum-commercial properties that I have come across. It offers all the luxuries and facilities that one dreams of in their ideal home. The project has metro connectivity which connects it to whole of NCR and it has the state-of-the-art security system that ensures all residents are safe and no burglary is committed in the area. It has excellent malls for residents to have good shopping experience. It is a perfect property I could have invested in and I love every aspect of it. I definitely recommend it.

I’m truly impressed by what Wave City Center has to offer. In Sector 32 of Noida, it is one of the best commercial property spaces that I have come across. Wave City Center is setting a new benchmark. It is an excellent commercial project which is beneficial to businessmen and the visitors both. 100% power backup is available so shop space wil never face a light out. One of the many things I like about the project is that it is whole complex is well designed. There is ample parking space available as well. Lifts and staircase are also available.

I was planning to buy a 2BHK for long, and last week, I booked a flat in Wave City Center, Noida. This is my temple because in whole noida i only prefer this mall and the cinema because of the IMAX AND PVR class of preference is there and the service quality is at peak...............

When it comes to the mall and shopping department there are many stores but GIP MALL has more brands stock......

The overall area is still under developed. Roads are missing. There is no one residing in the plots. The floors are also very scarcely populated. After 1 year many will shift and also their is possibility of commercialisation . Personal conveyance is required from the main road. Battery rickshaw is available intermittently.

Wave City Center is the popular location of the Noida,  this may call heart of the city Noida, metro station also available, transits facility is very good in this location, here is Noida Bus Depot for the Buses to Lucknow & Agra…….. Thank You!
