Management seems, apartments etc. but they require a examination from let's say two different ends of something. They asked say to much info and reject you. They ask more then legally allowed. Good luck

Frequent thefts of delivery packages; the maintenance to fix small things in the units rarely appears to do the job and when it comes, make misogynies comments (all the time!); I have many broken things on my unit from previous tenants and it wasn’t fixed (the management said would fix, but guess… the maintenance never fixed or even appeared); in my floor there is a AWFUL and STRONG smell that invades my unit and it is damaging my bathroom with a liquid thing that looks like… fat?! My bathroom looks more a kitchen sometimes. I complained a lot of times, but guess…? The maintenance when appeared mocked me and asked me to pay for someone to clean (?????) and said to cover the ventilation of my bathroom (?????)… so the building is old and the ventilation doesn’t work as it should (when works) and the neighbours who is causing nuisance and damage are not responsible as well. The situation is just getting worse and worse. I’m paying the extras costs to be bearable to live in my unit! ; there are bed bugs and other insects who appear from time to time, I don’t know if it related with the smell and dirty ventilation system.

Anyway, the rent is not cheap here, you definitely can find a better building for the same price. Avoid this place! I don’t recommend at all.

My wife and I have been proud residents of this apartment complex for the past 5.5 years. Our corner unit boasts breathtaking ocean views that never fail to captivate us. The building amenities, including the gym and outdoor pool, have been enjoyable features of our living experience.

Though the gym may be older, it still serves its purpose and is well-maintained. In addition, we have found Tim, the building manager, to be incredibly responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond to address our needs. The convenience of having an outdoor pool that is open during the summer has been a highlight for us.

The location of this building is unbeatable, just steps away from English Bay and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores. The vibrant neighborhood adds to the appeal of living here, making it a truly desirable place to call home.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this apartment complex for its stunning ocean views, responsive management, and convenient location. We have cherished our time here over the past 5.5 years and would confidently encourage others to consider this building for their future home.

Great location and pet friendly! Lived here for a year while waiting for a 2bdrm suite elsewhere. Management is good, neighbors are nice and recently updated their balcony railings.

Harbourview Terrace is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

Horrible place to live in. Most floors are full of bedbugs and cockroaches. The property management team does not make repairs and the garbage area is full of used needles and addicts shooting up in the common areas.
I would stay away from this building, especially since there are many better buildings in the neighborhood. i moved to Silouhette apartments in the west end and i feel so much happier since i left Regency Park and its Roaches

Since they have hired a new manager (he’s great) and a new maintenance Gentleman (he is also fantastic) this building has everything you need. Right in the heart of the Westend, 2 blocks from the beach and spectacular views make this a lovely place to live. Every tenant I’ve met has been kind and friendly. Small pets are allowed. Work is done when requested. Things have improved vastly with the new hires. I feel safe and looked after.

I really like living here, it is very close to the English Bay, Stanley Park and all other amenities of the downtown area. The property manager is very friendly and attentive to tenant's needs. Although that the building is from sixties, it is maintained quite effectively. I never experienced any issues so far. Apartment interiors are nicely renovated with new appliances, flooring and fresh paint and they look modern. The parking under the building is quite convenient if you own a car.

Poorly maintained building, ancient tiny claustrophobic elevators, management that gets petty over applying every detail of every poorly thought out policy.

Best manager ever. Jack's just fantastic..
