Very old building. Maintenance and management are definitely questionable. One of only two elevators has been down for 4 months with no ETA in sight. Garbage area often quite disgusting with overflow all over the floor...

Park Royal Towers is by far one of the best apartment complexes in the city. The design of the buildings, the location, generous layout of the suites, parquet flooring and large balconies are all a plus. The buildings are pet friendly, which is extremely rare in Vancouver. Kaley, the leasing agent is wonderful to work with. If you are interested, I recommend getting on the waitlist asap.

The Park Royal is the best rental building in West Vancouver.

I don't know anyone who lives here, but they certainly look pretty. They have plenty of amenities nearby and a beautiful view over stanley park.

Just moved in April 2023, beautifully renovated new apartment. Very impressed, everything clean, centrally located walking distance to Ocean, library, Senior Center, banks and food. Most reasonable rent in the area I looked everywhere. Management and staff are very courteous and helpful. Cameras and building make me feel safe and secure.

Unfortunately, it has been four months since one of the two elevators in the building broke down, and the officials of this building did not take any action to repair it, and today the other elevator broke down. This company is not responsible in any way.

Kaley is really helpful and friendly.
She is also responsive and helped us through our rental process from the beginning to the end.

I called this apartment regarding their available unit for viewing. Scott the manager offered me a viewing appointment until he found out I have a small child. He then said maybe we can be your second option because this is mostly an adult building. I find this quite discriminatory. I can't be bothered reporting him but with that kind of attitude, I can just imagine how this building is run.

The rental agency staff at PRT (especially Kaley) were super-helpful! With quick turnaround, we were shown the flat we eventually signed a lease for twice with all the info we asked for. Kaley did her best to get us as much value for our money as possible, and we’re looking forward to calling PRT and the great location it’s in our home :)

This building was recently acquired by "Prospero", and I will let the reviews speak for themselves. Unless you are desperate for a rental, you should avoid. There are better managed buildings nearby.

Nice building right by the water, but not happy about the termination of the lease for Heirloom, such a wonderful place and it added do much value...

I absolutely love living at my beautiful apartment with both ocean and mountain view. The management team led By Vitalie Slivca is very professional, friendly and hardworking. The building is very well taken care of. The staff cleans and sanitizes all areas on the daily basis. All Covid-19 protocols are in place. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality living at affordable price.

The view is nice, but this is an old building with serious issues and people are moving out.

MANY SUITES ARE INFESTED WITH ANTS. There is black mold in some places. The laundry room is filled with machines that barely work: washers don't spin with enough force, and dryers are iffy. The hot water is not hot, and there are black bits in the water pipes.

Tenants need to pay deposit, first AND last month's rent to get in. Enjoy the pictures.
