Top Apartment buildings in North Vancouver, Canada

Last year, Bridgeview's building management team (Sharon) made our cross country trek (Ontario to BC) worry free by: providing informative emails to secure an apartment, confirm earlier apartment access; and, attending to our needs during our move into our new apartment. While our first year here was mostly without any issues, Sharon, Lynn and Steven were instrumental in ensuring our small problems were addressed quickly.

We were eager to stay and within the year we moved into a newly renovated apartment with an amazing view.

Customer service - 5 star - no matter how busy the team are - they quickly respond.
Building cleanliness/maintenance - Attention to detail - is again a 5 star.

The gardens/grounds are maintained by a caring /knowledgable gardening crew.

You can really tell that Bridgeview's management team takes great pride in the building!

Why do I only give 4 stars - the website is not the greatest. Not sure who oversees the apartment diagrams but some titles are not matched to the correct bedroom size. As well, the square footage indicated in the title does not match the square footage at the bottom of the same page. So some work is definitely needed to provide consistent information.

In this very different, post Covid world, it is comforting to know that Realstar made an excellent choice in hiring such an experienced and caring management team of Sharon, Lynn and Steven! Job well done everyone and thank you!

Well managed, except elavators which are old.

I lived there for about a hear and a half. Never had any complaints.

I just called Mila at Vista del Mar to ask about a current rental listing on craigslist. The listing says "Pet Friendly" in the title, and is listed as "cats okay." I mentioned we have one cat. She said she has changed her mind and will not rent to anyone with cats. When I asked why, she said that all people with cats are "dirty people" with "dirty and smelly homes." If you are looking for a building manager who feels comfortable openly insulting would-be renters, Vista Del Mar might be the right place for you.

I've been living at Hillridge for a year now, and it has been a very positive experience for me. The previous building manager and her replacement have been kind, attentive, and communicative.
The location is great, right off Victoria Park, and near Lonsdale Ave., but far enough away that it's quiet.
I only dock a star because it's not the nicest or newest building, but the price is quite fair with that in mind.

I had the pleasure of living at the Shoreview for 3 years during my early 20's. It is a beautifully renovated 1970's building with midcentury modern decor throughout. There is a well kept, seasonal outdoor pool, an awesome gym with everything you need. The building has spacious suites that feature high ceilings and generous patios. Summer time was so much fun at the pool, meeting the neigbours and hanging out. What a fun time in my life. I look back with much happiness. Thanks, Shoreview/Realstar Property MGMT!

Viewing cancelled with no notification, after having already travelled an hour and a half. Only found out after the viewing time had passed and I phoned them whilst sitting waiting.

Heat is not working very poor management From last year Several times I explained to them and didn't fix In parking lot it is no camer I and no safety you'll your car is not safe my car has been damage twice Hood in the kitchen is not working At all and all the smell came to home
