10 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND MANAGEMENT DOESN'T WANT TO REMOVE THE AIR CONDITIONERS OUT OF APARTMENTS…. my family and I are freezing everyday due to air coming in. the worst part is I called management 5 times and they just do not care
as i write this it’s the 10th of December, my apartment is freezing 24/7 due to management not removing the air conditioners… I’ve been calling for 3 weeks now… they clearly don’t care if I’m freezing in an apartment im leasing.
talk about a “clean building”
I moved in December 2018. A lot times my statement is always wrong and I have to contact the office to correct It. Who ever is doing the billing doesn’t know a simple debit and credit. My intercom hasn’t worked since October 2020. There were two attempts to fix it first was around nov/dec 2020 and then the beginning of 2021 they couldn’t fix it. If they have to fix that cost too much forget about it.
This review is for Mike the super. Mike has done an exceptional job from the moment this building has opened. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working in my apartment. He’s great at communicating with residents and keeping the building clean and safe. He is an important - if not the most important, component to the successful operation of this building.
Everything is old and broken and infested with cockroaches and spiders also every thing else is outdated recommend DO NOT
