Good Budget friendly flat with best finish work .........currently it is under construction and builder has promised for possession by Dec2022.

Society has 4 bld.
Bld A is for commercial+Mahada
B onwards it is gated residential society
Bld C and D are at very initial stage

B bld has small size 2BHK flat ( living room and kitchen size is small ...rest of the room size are fine)

Builder is saying he will provide all amenities including GYM ,only swiming pool will be missing

Not sure on Quality but hopes so it turns out to be best.....can be commented only after flat are ready

Close to upcoming IT park.
School and college present in nearby vicinity
Good for rental yield if the said to be IT park becomes functional
Bld Work is in full progress

Cons
Plot area is small.....not much space for play area.....
Need heavy followup to get the basic modification done...sales and site Eng team is polite but do not like modification request....

The allocated parking size and parking plan is the worst part of society ....they are for name sake .....
