WOW!! Amber was awesome! She is knowledgeable about ALL the products her store stocks -- which is awesome because when you need wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or hospital beds for a loved one, it is great to have a lot of variety in one place. I love that I do not have to drive down to Dallas anymore. Great store & great customer service!

I am from out of state from Florida. I went to Texas for a few days. My dad needed a smaller wheelchair. They made it happen. Didn’t ask any questions. They’ll deliver it to you and pick it back up but unfortunately they were so busy they could not deliver it to me when I needed it, but they did not hesitate to jump on it and get me in a wheelchair ASAP. My brother picked it up so they are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Rented a scooter for my aunt who was visiting. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and patient. Delivery and pickup was seamless at my mom’s senior living community. Will definitely rent again as needed!

Great sales team, no pressure to purchase. They helped me find the perfect scooter for my dad and the showed me a used (former rental) that was half the cost. He loves it!

My inhouse client has ordered (2) rental scooters for their conference to be delivered today. After some miscommunication on our side, we found out that they were delivered early! The sales rep, Tyler, even came by personally to check. Great Service!

Amber and her employees at Mobility City of N. TX are truly the BEST. I purchased a scooter for my mom out of state, however, when it comes to repairs they have Mobility City take care of the repairs.

In the future I would purchase directly from this store seeing how great they are with their customers. My mom's scooter required several visits for various repairs and they are always nice, patient, polite and make the hassle of having some repaired seem like less of a hassle.

Today is my first time using my scooter and so far so good. My only complaint is it is not as fast as I would like, but I will deal with it. The people at Mobility City were very friendly and professional. It was very easy for me to put in and take out of my van without help which is a big plus. Instead of buying a bag for the back I use my backpack that I already had. At the ballpark where my twin grandsons are playing football. Can't wait until Dallas fair time to use it. Thank you 😊

Miranda was my sales representative when I came in to visit on August 29, 2023. She more than met my expectations in describing the products you carry and letting me experience getting on and driving the ones I wanted to look at. I found a very one that I was interested in, the Pride GoGo Sport, and purchased it that same day. Armando delivered it to me in my apartment the next day exactly as scheduled. I can't say enough wonderful things about Scooters and More. First off, when going through an insurance company to get medical equipment it is NEVER easy. It is always a LONG drawn out battle but the dedication that I received from Scooters and More meant the world to my daughter and I. I have NEVER dealt with a DME company who I truly felt like they were "In my corner" the way Scooters and More was. They were willing to fight for my daughter and getting the necessary equipment she needed. The best customer service. They worked with us to help get my Mom a lift chair and was very helpful as we tried to find a chair for someone under 5 feet. It is difficult to find DME items for people under 5 feet. Amber at Mobility City was so helpful. Jaden and Robert, who delivered the chair, were very friendly and very good with setup and showing how to use it. Thank you Amber.

I went to DME with Mom and Brother and it was an Awesome Experience. The guy was very knowledgeable about the scooter( from setting it up ,to taking it apart. ) I think the guys name was Taylor ( I hope his name is right😱 ) My mom and brother we're very satisfied with his professionalism. I have an older Pride Jazzy scooter that I needed some advice and recommendations to make it more secure and safer for my husband. Not only did they recommend things that could be done they took the time to make sure that I had everything that I needed to implement the suggestions. I highly recommend this business. I have used DME Scooters and More for my parents needs about 2 years now. The people at the store are incredibly helpful and always take the time to educate you and answer all of your questions. I took a walker that was damaged to them and the two gentlemen took time out of their busy schedules to fix it right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your durable medical equipment but these people. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I've worked with the people at Spin Run a few times. Each time they have bent over backwards to be accommodating, and I've always been happy. It's who I call first for anything to do with my scooter.

My mom purchased a scooter here several years ago. It has been awesome. Moreover, the people IN the store are simply fantastic. I took Mom's scooter in this week because of some stop/go issues. Planning for the worst (having to buy a new scooter) but hoping for the best (repairable), I left it with the Katrina. Very pleasant! The very next day I spoke with Andy who told me that he was able to repair the scooter!! He even gave me an option regarding repairing the led lights for the battery panel. Thank you to all of you!
