My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Matt to buy a new home. He was referred to us by another long-tenured, trusted realtor, and lived up to the hype.

Matt’s easy-going, thorough, responsive, and speaks with candor. He’s also extremely knowledgeable about homes way beyond the surface level. He understands how they’re constructed, what goes into a quality home, what doesn’t. He was able to answer all our questions and point out things we didn’t even think to ask.

Matt was so great helping me find my new home. He is very knowledgeable and points out features that as a new home buyer, you may miss or not think of. He goes above and beyond and makes the home buying experience fun.

This real estate agent's arrogance knows no bounds. We granted a neighbor a courtesy of a sneak peek at my mom's house before listing it. She brings this guy. What a joke, instead of gratitude, he decided to act like he's some major big shot. No professionalism whatsoever. He didn't even bother to introduce himself or provide a business card. His low-ball offer was completely insulting, and he bullied and badgered my sister throughout the conversation. When our family declined his offer, he had the audacity to hang up on us. Avoid at all costs!

Nick helped my girlfriend and I to buy our first house. From the beginning we knew he was our soul-agent. He’s always loaded with energy and makes the process fun! We landed in a home we had no idea we even wanted, and we love it. Nicks knowledge of the game and his own experience in real estate comforted us in knowing not only did we pick the right house, but we picked the right agent! I would highly recommend Matt and the Anew team to anyone with real estate needs. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helps take the stress out of buying/selling a home. He has been assisting my family in our cross-country move over the past couple years. We ultimately decided to build a home - he was able to help us acquire a lot in no time and has been helping us with the building process ever since (which he was by no means obligated to do). Matt has far surpassed our expectations and we will definitely use him and his team in the future if we have other real estate needs.

Attempted to buy a home from this agent. He gave verbal consent, then backed out of the deal after he and the sellers accepted my offer. Nick wouldn't answer phone calls from my agent to discuss what was going on. Nick eventually told my agent that "we are going in an unexpected direction with another buyer." It was so unprofessional to accept an offer and use it as a pawn to bate a better offer from a competing buyer. Conversations with other buyers are supposed to be over once my offer is accepted! Pass on this agency and go with someone ethical and trustworthy.

We had a great experiencing purchasing our first home with the help of Matt, Marlo and the rest of the Anew Real Estate Group! It was nice to have the team take the time to explain things to us as first time home buyers so that we could make the best decisions possible. We are very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

We were extremely fortunate to hire Nick George to sell our house. We had a rocky start without Nick, with the start of Covid-19 shutdowns, a changing market, and not being as prepared as needed. Nick swooped in and, literally, saved the day. Nick was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about the industry and market. He was one step ahead of the game throughout the entire process; he asked the questions before we asked the questions, he anticipated many moves and possible outcomes, which helped make our experience less stressful and successful. Although Nick put in a lot of work prior to bid submission, he never pressured us to sign any agreement until moments before submitting a bid. That process of wanting his clients to be comfortable and working hard without a guaranteed reward exemplifies Nick---he lets his hard work and personality attract clients, not a premature contract/signature.

While navigating the bidding process, Nick frequently reached out to the seller's agents to negotiate on our behalf. Despite receiving multiple offers (some of which were more competitive from a financing perspective)in a highly competitive area/time, we had our offer accepted!! Through and through, Nick was a constant source of comfort through a process that was at times, stressful, exciting, and new.

Nick is an awesome realtor to work with. He works his tail off for his clients. I would not hesitate to have him sell my house or help me buy one. Fun to work with. Unlimited energy and positivity. His knowledge, tenacity and professionalism makes the process positive, even when it sometimes isn’t.

Nick George is an amazing agent! I got in to see him right away. He found me lots of houses that met my specific needs and wants, from day one. He gave me his very honest opinion on every house we toured. He never acted like a salesman. And he got me MY DREAM HOUSE! There were over a dozen offers but he helped me put together the winning one! I can't thank him enough! He went above and beyond for sure. Nick is an AMAZING realtor! I had to find a house pretty quickly in my price range and really had no idea what I wanted. Nick did an awesome job of helping me figure out what my needs and my wants were. When we were doing walkthroughs of houses he did an amazing job of helping me figure out if it was a layout that I could live in on a day-to-day basis. He found the house that I now call home and helped me put together a strong offer that was accepted.
Not only is Nick an amazing realtor, though, but he surrounds himself with professionals who also are knowledgeable and attentive. I always found an answer to my questions from Nick or his team. All of the financial and logistic questions were clearly explained in an understandable way. Nick didn't stop being available after the offer was accepted, he was there through closing, and had recommendations for remodeling / radon mitigation services that I will be using!

I cannot recommend Nick enough. This was the smoothest house purchase I've had (out of three) and it was all due to Nick shepherding me (and the buyers, and all the other moving parts) through the process.
