I had a very frustrating experience with this agent due to poor communication between them and the seller.
Firstly, my inspection was canceled at the last minute because someone was on the property, leaving my friend, who drove from Brisbane, waiting outside for nothing.
After settlement, I was unable to access the property because the agent failed to provide the promised keys and security code. I am still missing keys to access certain services, forcing me to hire a locksmith, which added unnecessary costs.
Furthermore, the agent never checked or monitored the cleaning before the final inspection. When I arrived, the property was very dirty—there was food and ants on the floor, and a dirty bowl was left in the dishwasher.
The agent also struggled to contact the seller, causing further delays and complications. I ended up spending extra money on solicitors just to coordinate the settlement process, which could have been avoided with better communication.
Overall, the entire process was disorganized, and I did not enjoy the service at all. The agent consistently blamed the seller for these issues, but as a buyer, I felt powerless. I expected the agent to take responsibility for managing the transaction smoothly, but this was not the case. I would not recommend this agent based on my experience.

A very speedy sale after only 3 open homes. Karyn assisted us with the sale of our home. Karyn acted professionally throughout and provided frequent and clear communication concerning offers made without falsely raising our expectations of what amount might be achievable on sale. We understood the property would be marketed at $+, but it was instead marketed as 'expressions of interest ', initially we were not keen on the latter, however it turned out well.

Their staff remain for long periods of time (unlike the high turnover at other property managers I have used). My current property manager, Mel, is a joy to deal with, making herself available to discuss options and provide updates.

I cannot fault anything relating to the management of our property in 3 years.
