I already have FD with Bajaj finance. Recently I changed my residence address due to redevelopment. I honestly entered correct address of my rental accomodation.
I got a call for documentary proof of residence for a new FD.
No landlord allow you to obtain Aadhar PAN on his flat address. The moron asked me electricity gas bill copy, that is also stupid. I have asked for refund. Poor understanding on Bajaj finance staff, harrassing senior citizen. I recommend not to deal with them.

Worst service at Branch.. Staff denying upfront Service.. No Branch Manager in the Branch.. and rude staffs.. It's a big no for Bajaj Service going ahead.
Vry sad to say I've had a real bad experience with Bajaj finance, there's no one to attend to u personally, n not even on d phone, they only want buisness, but where assistance from their end is required they have totally failed n stooped too low. This was not at all expected from them. But I do believe in karma what goes around comes around, so my only advice to Bajaj Finance is to b on high alert n never to ask for bad karma.
Very cooperative staff, it was not that crowded, I took a token no. and waited my turn for 10 mins, though they have a notice stating foreclosure and advance emi between 15-22 only but as the crowd was less they accepted my request and I was free in total of 20 min including wait time.. So unable to comprehend the negative reviews.
Very cheap customer service non supportive ..they cheat customers..Even after foreclosures of loan...they debit the account of EMI for closed loan...
Very worst services provided when went to repay the amount these people say you will get a call from 3rd party we can't close your account.

Once I reached here, I was told that this office belongs to Bajaj Finance, not Bajaj Finserv. I request the office to update their name to avoid confusion.
Many people should not visit this branch, fake work is being done here, they are taking people's money for loan pass, then no call or SMS is being replayed, emp name is Teena Dolly Reshma, these are fraudsters like thieves are taking my money, the last one is Half month se wapas nhi Kiya please avide the branch I'm very disappointed , never trast Bajaj Finance Compeny and employees..... Have closed my loan on 8th of august and have still not received original documents and also have been debited with Emi in spite of dues settled ,have called many times helpline no. But no response from pchfl, and have mailed so many emails but not getting single reply from their side not expected this type of service as i was informed will get back docuents in 21 days

They are not even operating at Dreams mall ,Bhandup. DHFL was there in dreams mall earlier however from the time there was a fire outbreak in dreams mall DHFL is not operational at this location. Looking at the update on website I thought I should visit Piramal housing as it has taken over DHFL. But PCHFL is also not there. So plz stop giving false update through website.

I was called to collect my house paper's on 23/11/2021... when I went to the office at 2:45 p.m.the office was closed. I was told that timings ar 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Why they don't have courtesy to inform the timings if they are not working on regular schedule...I spent Rs. 900 to go back and forth for nothing.
When I visited the place again on 25/11/2021 the staff now tells me that I will get my papers after 10 days...they don't value customers at all....I thought after Piramal taking over operational efficiency will improve...but it is getting worst. God bless me with patients.
They deserve negative ratings even after Piramal took over...I made full payment and shifting my home loan to other organisation. To hell with the company. They don't deserve any further interest from us.

The system which they work on is worst. They never care of their customers just they irritate customers by calling them and reminding about the due, but never they check internally if customer is all clear from his end.
From past one week or more collection department is keep on calling me saying to pay my EMI amount at soonest, and I have been saying them kindly check with your Dahisar branch as I submitted the cheque, it’s their responsibility to present it to the bank for clearness purpose but no their collection department is keep on calling me and everyday I say the same to them that kindly call your branch and update me if there is any issue or not but they reply saying we are not authorized to call the branch and I get shock after hearing this working for one company but can’t call their own stuff but they can irritate their customer by keep on calling even though customer is clear from their end.

Their Interest rates are highest and they mislead people in buying Single premium insurance by converting it into a loan, resulting in further financial burden for the borrower. Never never go to this company for any loan or financial dealings. They tie up with builders as Finance partners. Builder is dubious who does not complete the project as money is siphoned off. Evidence : The GREENS, Anekal & at Devanhalli from Sanchaya Land & Estate Pvt. Ltd. BENGALURU. Mr. Vijay Ravipati (mislead people & calls himself Mr. Vijay Tata) has duped people in Orange properties, yet HFFC has supported his project. WHY? What is their game plan? Middle-class Buyers in deep trouble. Many cases in RERA too against builder.

Hopeless place and company
It’s like those time when I visit a Govt. Office the waiting area is so bad , we don’t expect them to make us wait on a terrace outside for our number !!! No air condition only two small air coolers places there out of which only one is activated and 30 people waiting summer time heat is not justified!!
I don't want to give even 1 star. Pathetic service. Staff is not helpful. They don't have process knowledge. Even call centre staff doesn't have process knowledge. They both tell difference things. I don't understand why they keep such a dumb staff. Don't take loans from DHFL. other good options are there. Even DHFL interest rate is very high, they have increased home loan interest rate from 1st April 19 and they didn't bother to inform the customer. Very very bad experience. 👎Good that m closing loan with them.

No one wants to help me i m callng so.many branches but no one picks phone my lic policy is matured in December 2017 that policy is mortgage to Dhfl while taking loan now they have to submit to lic office but one month is over i m calling customer care so many times still they r not doing i had mail them also once i hot reply on mail it is under process that is also 20 days back again ihad mail twice but no respons3

Poor customer service, front desk executive is frustrated and get pressurized with customer crowd. Passes it on to customers with rude behaviour. Staff is least bothered for customer service, they look for excuses to send customers back. Advice to get all documents related to your loan/service otherwise they'll make fool of you.
I experienced the worst from Dhfl six months back i applied for home loan through Pratima Pandey agent without processing home loan Dhfl charged processing fee .Pratima Pandey and other concerned people didn't answer why they rejected loan. Dhfl didn't give back my money.dhfl cheated me I request everyone not to take loan from dhfl they cheat you
