Tata capital provides pathetic loan services I would recommend you to not take loan from here,they are taking so much time to process loan file minimum 1 month they have extended my loan application after that everything was done and end of the moment they have cancelled my loan application I needed amount due to an emergency but tata capital doesn't care about customers please don't waste your time with Tata capital

I would advise all to avoid Tata capital. It's been more than a 1month & 26 days. I have not received NOC of my bike yet. Despite of multiple reminders on mail, call and WhatsApp, my needful is still pending. They don't even bothered to response mail sooner.

Simple saying "we regret for the inconveniences caused to you" doesn't make any sense. It's better you work on resolution instead of fake sympathy.

I will surely avoid Tata capital from next time

I never expected such kind of behaviour from Tata capital.I applied for pre-approved loan and credit card , 2 week ago till date neither amount is disbursed nor credit card received,I also try to contact on mail but they close my request without solving problem

Very bad experience with this company never finance your product from here they are froud and very bad behaviour for them clients no respect not pensions just higher a gunde staff who never talk like a in mannered

Special Complaint for Mr. Manish Kumar worked at 3rd Floor tata Capital
He took 2 hours 15 min Exacty to just give release to a person
He switched off his Mobile phone 20 min before lunch break .. and open it up after 30 min total 1hour 10 min .. for nothing

Biggest fraud... EMI tenure got extended unnecessarily from 72 months to 92 months. Biggest scam is going on in TaTa... Will drag them to court.

Very bad experience with tata OD loan. I took 25 lks loan aps 10 lks was Bt , tata capital finance made wrong amt bt cheque my previous bank denied to take that bt cheque, I returned that check and after 15 days they transferred bt cheque amt in loan account portal not in my bank account and charged interest on un used amt which is transferd after 15 days .
many calls and emails sent even they promised for wave of that interest amt but they denying.

totally fraud company . i have submitted my all documets and money to the person. they said loan is credited with in 2.30 hrs but its already 5 days no money credited to my account. some person name ved prakash tripathy also send me a letter. i have send money to tata capital finance ltd. but after i send it shows me that the name is some rajeeb saxsena of bandhan bank account. i will be not go to police for lodge a complain. tata capital kindly help in this matter and solve my issue.

Fraud company .... Day by day taken money but to result .... Ajhi paisa transfer ho jayega then new drama start then aj ho nehi paye .... fraud ! Fraud !

I'm very disappointed to why I'm taken very pathetic service and every month deduct unnessary charges from my account every month..

If u want to take your bike NOC first call or raise a mail on that issue or mail on Tata capital official mail account regarding that noc when it will get ready then go their for collecting it otherwise u have to go around the office several times.

My son inlaw got a call from this branch and told him about personal loan of RS 500000.fist time it was a femail ,second time it was a mail person.at first he give a login charg.they told that the loan amoint will credit in his account within 3 hours.but nothing happens.then they saks processing fee,insurance charges .total we paid 50100.we have evidence.we paid it through vijaya bank in your location.threy communicate with him with wats app having profile picture of tata capital.now it is 10 more days we didn't get any amount.we lost our money.they are not responding our messages or calls.absolutely cheating.we contact your customer care and told us they don't know.we expect that money to fulfill a dream.that given money is the result of his hard work. If someone cheat us by your company name please try to catch them . otherwise we consider this Tata capital cheat us.they contact us from Connaught place Delhi. he submitted his I'd pan account details.so don't cheat any one again.

I received a call from you guys asking if i need a loan, a female named preethi spoke to me gave me this address and she is said its TATA capital and Mudra capital and also sent me her ID card with you company address on it, they asked me to transfer the processing fee, tax and GST chargers before the loan amount could get credited and its been like one month and they have not transferred the loan amount, I would file a complaint against your company and you people if this is the case, people apply loan for there needs and not for time pass, so stop playing around with people and do not cheat them by taking there money. this is financial institution so help people rather than cheating them like this.
