Tata capital provides pathetic loan services I would recommend you to not take loan from here,they are taking so much time to process loan file minimum 1 month they have extended my loan application after that everything was done and end of the moment they have cancelled my loan application I needed amount due to an emergency but tata capital doesn't care about customers please don't waste your time with Tata capital
I would advise all to avoid Tata capital. It's been more than a 1month & 26 days. I have not received NOC of my bike yet. Despite of multiple reminders on mail, call and WhatsApp, my needful is still pending. They don't even bothered to response mail sooner.
Simple saying "we regret for the inconveniences caused to you" doesn't make any sense. It's better you work on resolution instead of fake sympathy.

I never expected such kind of behaviour from Tata capital.I applied for pre-approved loan and credit card , 2 week ago till date neither amount is disbursed nor credit card received,I also try to contact on mail but they close my request without solving problem
Very bad experience with this company never finance your product from here they are froud and very bad behaviour for them clients no respect not pensions just higher a gunde staff who never talk like a in mannered

He took 2 hours 15 min Exacty to just give release to a person
He switched off his Mobile phone 20 min before lunch break .. and open it up after 30 min total 1hour 10 min .. for nothing

Biggest fraud... EMI tenure got extended unnecessarily from 72 months to 92 months. Biggest scam is going on in TaTa... Will drag them to court.
Very bad experience with tata OD loan. I took 25 lks loan aps 10 lks was Bt , tata capital finance made wrong amt bt cheque my previous bank denied to take that bt cheque, I returned that check and after 15 days they transferred bt cheque amt in loan account portal not in my bank account and charged interest on un used amt which is transferd after 15 days .
many calls and emails sent even they promised for wave of that interest amt but they denying.
