THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I have never used this company and I just checked my business credit report and I saw this company on my business credit report with a judgement for over $10,000 filed in 2019. I don’t see how this can be on my Experian business credit report when I have never had a business relationship with this company. I will get to the bottom of it! I will be filing a dispute Experian business credit report, a complaint with consumer financial protection bureau, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and a complaint with the FCC.

Stay away from kalamata. They are the worst. Learn from us but save your company another way.

Such a hard branch to access right off the street! But the attendants are really nice and understanding. The level of customer service in person is great but I can never get them over the phone at the branch.

SunTrust treats long time clients terribly at this branch on Wisconsin Ave. Run, don't walk to another SunTrust.

Worst funding lenders, very high interest, plus repayment is really really bad, when you call them they don't even answer their phone, I recommend people not to do any business with these lenders, they will rip you of really bad.

Absolutely awful. The manager at this location is not friendly, accusatory, and unwilling to help customers work out issues that are caused by Suntrust's archaic systems. No wonder the bank was acquired.

I have been a customer at the two downtown Bethesda locations of this branch for three years, and have always enjoyed my interactions with the cheerful staff here. They were especially helpful in helping remedy a problem with an ATM transaction that went awry.

The branch manager Grace is disgraceful terrible.
The worst customer service I have ever received.
I am great busiess customer and was treated and lied to by the manager.
