By far the best seo and website marketing company around. Before finding BWM we delt with various other internet marketing companies but we’re no where near as good as Boston web marketing. Steve the owners approach to designing a website and implementing seo services was too knotch. I worked with them for over a year on our commercial website, they promised a lot in the beginning, but very little was accomplished. And when we wanted what we were promised regarding SEO results, they just told us there are two many companies out there to get us on the first page on Google search. But they didn't have any problem with promising that to us before signing the contract.
We didn't have any website before so we trusted them with the website design that was needed to be done from scratch. The first version of the website that was absolutely terrible, any 10-year old would do better. It was so 1990's that I had to design the website myself in free website builder and send it to them to show them what is an acceptable design. It took many months to get the design where we wanted it to be, but there were still problems with blog posts and other new content. Each time something new was added to the website, I had to go through it and send them list of things that need to be finished or edited, as it often contained grammar mistakes, wrong alignment, or picture formatting. Not to mention their only responsibility with blog posts was to proof-read what I wrote and upload it to the website, but still there were too many mistakes and I head to proof-read each uploaded blog post myself.
It was just ridiculous at the end. My boss and I had a meeting with our sales person from BWM as well as with the guy who worked on our website. Each time we said something that we are not happy about, they just told us where's the problem on our end. That we have unreasonable expectations, that they can't focus on something because we wanted them to work on something else...etc. They never admitted any fault and always blamed us - they're paying customer.
Finally, we gave them 1 more month hoping they would try and do better. All we got was ignoring e-mails and phone calls. We woudln't recommend working with them.

I can't say enough about BWM and the impact they have had on my business. Our business strategy consisted of starting an SEO campaign before we were even open. That strategypaid off as we were number one in our category before we even opened. Jeff and the crew at BWM are responsive, and have a good understanding of SEO algorithms, which is great in helping us get found on Google! They also have done a lot of work with our website, optimizing the mobile application as well which was necessary. Definitely recommend these guys!
