I contracted this team to carry out work for my company after finding them via Upwork.
Initially they were unable to meet our initial deadline which we were more than happy to extend.
Following this, we received no updates on the work completed and communication with their team was poor to non-existent. Update meetings were continually cancelled or rescheduled without notice or respect for our time. Eventually I asked the team to let us know if they were able to complete the work and if they were unable that they should kindly let us know. Following my email they cancelled our project without any further explanation. In summary they wasted two weeks of our time, in midst of us await key data to present to institutional investors.
