I don't have anything to say about this company, as I have not had any experiences with them, but I would just like to point out that the terrible environment of this company is just visible through the owner's responses to each review. The owner clearly exhibits arrogance and lack of self-awareness in his replies, where he constantly tries to arrogantly teach those leaving reviews rather than use reviews as constructive criticism. I can only imagine what the owner's attitude is to their employees and clients.

Please do not hesitate to hire Ricardo and his team. I am a very critical and demanding client. I expect to pay for quality and professionalism and I cringe when things are not as envisioned. ALWAYS the job has exceded my expectations. Their equipment is topnotch, the service and expertise is the best I've experienced. Their commitment to my projects is second to none as they tackle everything with a cheerful willingness that make everything they have completed feel beyond perfect. We are really grateful to have had the opportunity to work with WDM multiple times incluiding that one time i needed a video turned around in 48 hours.
