Our small non-profit has been working with Elevation for a few years now. They have done an excellent job helping us keep our site fresh and working properly. Their response time for support issues is fantastic and their design team is creative. Highly recommend!
Super impressed and happy with the services and support we receive from Elevation. They helped us refresh and update our website, making sure it was a great experience for users. All of our support tickets requesting updates or changes to our website are responded to in an impressively quick manner. And, as cost is always a factor in the nonprofit world, we feel it is very affordable and worth every penny. We don't feel like Elevation is a vendor, but like they are truly part of our development team.

First, Mary Sturgis has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process of building out our new website and the creation of new marketing collateral for our small nonprofit. She is incredibly prompt in responding (and is patient when I'm not!), really listens to exactly what I need to get what I want done correctly the first time, and is super open to feedback and collaboration. She has made my experience with Elevation an incredibly positive one, and while the quality of work is also amazing, I'd recommend Elevation based on working with Mary alone.
While our website hasn't fully launched yet, I am incredibly happy with the design and functionality and am so looking forward to showing it off to the world soon. One word to sum up my team's experience with Elevation, EXCELLENT! From the sales/contract process, to content creation, to design, to beta link reviews, to edits and launch, process was seamless, professional and on time. We were referred to Elevation by a trusted partner but along with the referral we also were intrigued by their 1 for 1 match. From day one, Elevation provided the level of customer service, customization and patience needed to roll out a very heavy lift for our organization.
