My predecessor selected Efelle as the web host for our company. Unfortunately, I do not have any pros to share about my experience with them thus far. My greatest cons include: (1) inability to contact live agents via phone and/or e-mail after several attempts; and (2) the platform is archaic and incredibly difficult to navigate on the back end, even for someone like me with years of coding and software experience. I look forward to discontinuing the contract with them as soon as possible and would not recommend Efelle to friends or foes.

In response to the owner: This is NOT a fake review. Just because it’s the first review, does not mean it is fake. Additionally, I called the number in your message 3 times today alone and e-mailed your team 7 times within the past few weeks. There has been no response to either.

I can't recommend Jeff and Flying Eye enough! The work that Jeff produces is absolutely spectacular. He not only made the process easy, but it was fun to work with different designs and ideas to come up with a more specific direction for my branding. If you need design, branding, and packaging, they will do right by you.

I would definitely recommend using Flying Eye Design! I needed some design work for a project. Jeff at Flying Eye Design was able to provide quick feedback on my project, help me make some strategic decisions that would be most fitting, and then, design my product. Specifically, he designed and help me find a printer for stickers. These were perfect and exactly what I needed. Many thanks to Flying Eye Design. Again, would definitely recommend!

Efelle is something special. I hired them to design my web page in 2016 and they did a fantastic job. I've hosted with them since then, but had a technical issue (on my side) in January that was complicated and involved some business-impactful issues. I can't say enough good things about Flying Eye. I am not a designer and not helpful with my ideas- my direction is basically: "I'm not really sure what I want- but maybe something green or not green? And I need it by next week." It's the worst, but Flying Eye took that and made me an entire branding pack that is somehow exactly what I needed, makes me look professional, and did it while never getting once getting impatient with my lack of knowledge or help. They are a joy to work with and I hope to have them design everything forever for me.

As you can probably tell from all the other 5 star reviews on here, efelle is the best. The team is super talented, patient (a useful skill when working with technilogical novices like me!), prompt and great with communication. They solved a bunch of issues with our existing marketing approach and even fixed our old website (that the website developers we tired to work with before couldn't fix) while they created our new website. They made the process of redesigning the ecommerce component very VERY easy on our end. So grateful to work with efelle and would 100% recommend you do so as well!
