Clean & suitably located branch with terribly limited parking and slow & underwhelming service.

Since there were just a handful or so parking spots, it was very difficult to get a spot.

Once I entered the branch, it took them a while to attend to me, even though there were hardly any customers in the branch.

Only two counters were handling customers, and although there was an attendant, he wasn't really welcoming customers or offering a drink of water, perhaps.

The CS rep had a flu or something and was constantly fidgeting and sneezed one or two times as well. He was wearing a mask, but not really, as his nose was uncovered..

He wasn't particularly welcoming or pleasant to talk to. His style seemed to be indifferent towards me, rather than sincere and friendly.

Terrible service and one of best branch to waste your time. Employees don't have the basic knowledge of opening a bank account and they miss guide you.
Dear Bank either you train them or change them before you loose good customers.

I strongly caution against dealing with ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch. My recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After depositing a significant amount in a savings certificate for 20 years, I discovered that no interest had accrued whatsoever. Shockingly, the bank and showed a complete lack of responsiveness when I sought clarification through multiple phone calls and emails. The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff were deeply disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch at all costs.

All staff are very very slowwwwww! Some of them having friend or customer you even don't know and just cheat chating with them taking an hour and the rest of the customers are seating and waiting, we are in Dubai and this is not acceptable! We have service we are paying for that, so it could be more faster and will be more professional.

We had a great experience with this branch. Mr Sinoj Joseph is a real star and the most humble person you will come across.

Continental investments and Reportage Prime properties!!

Don't trust their representation, they are not reliable builders and only after your money. They keep adding new terms and increase the prices to get you.

I am taking them to court and will launch complaint with the consumer protection agency.

They take your money as "loan" to build the project with it rather than putting it in a secure account "escrow account".

They ended up canceling my unit and sold it to someone else and said "sorry was a mistake".

I got my lawyer involved. If you are in the same situation, get your lawyer involved.
