I’ve got my brand new mt-03 here and I have to say that these guys are the best! They are so professional and very friendly. Even before my purchase I’ve been going there and asking questions and they patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place. Best customer service!

I have purchased 3 motorcycles from NY Honda Yamaha over several years. Each time it was a great experience. The staff addressed me, but weren't "thirsty" or too eager. I have to say that when I purchased my R1 the sales person stopped to ask what my experience riding was. I was impressed by that. They were more concerned if I could handle the bike rather then making a sale. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am looking forward to going back and getting my mother her bike.

I was in the market for a dual sport bike to learn to ride off road. A quick search in early January 2024 showed that New York Honda Yamaha had a 2023 Honda CRF300L Rally, used with 640 miles. I spoke to Francisco, who gave me all the details on the bike. I gave a deposit over the phone, sight unseen. A couple of days later I drove 2.5 hours to the dealership and was very happy with the bike and the tasteful mods the previous owner had made. The deal went through without a hitch and Francisco and ?John? helped me load the bike into the bed of my truck. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the dealership. This dealership is excellent! I first visited in September 2023 at the recommendation of my MSF course instructor and put a deposit down on a Honda SCL 500. They said they would have come in in November. To my surprise, it came at the beginning of November when I planned for it to come. I’ve had the bike for about a week now, and I am 100% in love with it! The guys at the dealership were welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Everything was laid out in front of me with the options that I had. I purchased the bike outright and left the dealership with a big smile! The accessories department is also excellent. They suggested and sold me the best options to park my motorcycle on the streets of Manhattan. So far, it’s been great. I can’t wait to come back one day to get it serviced or another bike!

This place is absolutely awesome! The team is great, professional and knowledgeable! I was helped by Esteban and a very nice lady, they answered all my questions (mostly dumb questions as I know nothing of gas vehicles) I am loving my new Navi Honda! I am very proud of having done business with them!

Visited this dealership after my last bike got totaled. My sad day turned into a great one thanks to Darrin and Tanya’s wonderful hospitality and salesmanship.

Darrin walked me through the many bikes on the floor, and was incredibly straight forward and honest about what I may or may not be looking for. He gave me the MSRP for a brand new MT-07, and not a dollar more, allowing me to walk out the door both physically and financially comfortable.

Tanya took the time to walk me through all my financial options, and even helped me understand the credit and loan system in general. She helped me feel not as financially-illiterate as I actually am, and did it with a smile.

I picked up the bike the morning after, and am now a proud owner of a really fun, agile, and AFFORDABLE Yamaha MT-07. What was a bad situation, turned into a great one, and I feel comfortable with not only the bike, but with the new shop I will now frequent.
