A total disorganised mess. The only place with food run out of food (claiming that they were not expecting a lot of people), and that is after 30 minutes queuing to get to the till. Shows are amateurish.
This place was amazing the people who work here was very welcoming the gladiator fight and the birds shows were amazing the food was delicious we will definitely come back again when we visit Italy again we highly recommend to come to this place especially if you got children 😊
Very poor experience. Sat through the Gladiator experience without understanding one word. No translations. Food didnt arive until we had to complain. Finally food arrived not properly cooked. Would love a true Ancient Roman experience but this place wont last if you only cater for locals. Wouldnt recommend for any international visitors. It is not well kept and maintained.
The costume hire was unorganized and came after the first tour.
No one checked on us during food service nor offered drinks.
We did not stay for the full event. We decided to leave.

Great shooting with Luciano
We visited and we sre very sad to see the animal conditions, they were very hungry and the water to drink from very dirty, I mentio it to one of the employees, it was a hot day and they water was really dirty, the employee started that every night after they closed they take care of the animals but the way the water looked and how hungry the animals are doesn't seens they were feed or clean a night before, they had a lot of manure in their cages. Really disappointed on the animals.part. onthe other hand.. the venders were really nice and even though we didn't know how to speak Italian and they didn't know how to speak English they made out shopping experience interesting. The food.. to my taste was pretty good, to my husband was ok..lol
De informatie op de website maakte ons enthousiast. Het leek ergens groot, maar vooral heel verzorgd. Groot is het niet (vergeleken met Archeon), maar verzorgd en met betrokken personeel is het zeker!
Wat een vriendelijke, enthousiaste en behulpzame mensen. Alle shows en activiteiten zorgen voor een vol en afwisselend programma.
Boogschieten, de (echte) filmset van Ben Hur zien, een leuke gladiatorshow, botanische rondleiding, enzovoorts.
Wij hadden er avondeten bij geregeld en dat was bijzonder en lekker en goed en heel veel en met de nodige informatie toegelicht. Tijdens het eten ook nog een vuurshow. Van het begin tot het einde ons vermaakt.
Aan het einde heeft het personeel ons geholpen om een taxi te vinden en hebben zich daar ongelofelijk (!!) voor ingespannen.

Not bad. I think an announcement of when the times for shows will start will help alot
Great place for kids. My girls are so fascinated by the gladiator fights and the falcon show. The chariot racing movie ser of Benhur also provided good chances of imagination about the movie. Most importantly, the staff of the Roma World are amazingly kind. Our family really enjoyed the time there and will visit again definitely.
