Waited a week for one window. Excuse after excuse, finally got the glass, it was cut wrong, 1/2” too short. Called and asked for my money back. Never again!!!

someone was suppose to be here by noon to give me a estimate to fix some windows , and no one showed so i call and was told they still are coming out today well here it is 5:30 no calls and no one showed up ! NEVER WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT CAN NOT EVEN show up LET ALONG CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW ! not a way to do business for sure , i find it really RUDE to have someone waste a whole day waiting and never show up or even call to apologize .......

So I have to brag on this small time company doing great things for themselves and the customers as well... I got 3 previous quotes all from sterling colorado one from smart parts for the amount of $465... then one from novus auto glass for the amount of $345 and then the final quote from shine on for $325... when I called AMERICAN GLASS I got an amazing quote showing they pass their savings on to the customers too... the quote they gave me was $220 out the door... NOW that's what I call an amazing small time business who cares more about both sides not all about human greed... HUMAN GREED in sterling just cost them to loose a very very good thing... GOD BLESS YALL at AMERICAN GLASS and GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸 🙏 ❤️!!!

They got us taken care of quickly with a nice new windshield for our VW Passat. Very competent and nice to work with.

Called June 17...was told they would be out the following week. Nothing happened. Called again 2 weeks later..was told they would be out the following week...nothing happened...gave them one last try...they told me maybe Friday. Again, nothing happened. I'm out! I understand people get busy but if you cant do it let us know.

TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I moved from Denver to Fort Morgan 4 months ago. When a rock was thrown into my windshield from a large truck I used google to find a local company. The first one I found had a bad review but the second one, American Glass, did not which told me they were the better one. I called them and Kevin helped me out. What a great guy. He set me an appointment for 8 a.m. and when I arrived he and Ken, another family member, started on my car immediately by pulling my new windshield out of the crate. They did not stand around, drinking coffee first thing in the morning, they were ready to work. I genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart and couldn't wait to fix me up and get me on the road again. THAT'S A GREAT FEELING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THANKS GUYS.

Very unprofessional. I got windshield installed there and they got glue all over the inside of my truck. the manager was rude and wanted nothing to do with there mistake. Standard glass is a joke now that it's under new management. If you want good business then I wld recommend going to corner stone glass where they are professional and respectful to all customers. Located in ft Morgan out on hwy 34 towards brush. The price is right and you will get quality workmanship.
