Yeah ... This place isn't a place to go for help. The staff are very rude and ignore the customers even when they are doing nothing. Even when you are polite and ask them for help they treat you as if you are dirt and said something offensive. The store looks dirty and the roof is falling through. Best advice for this store ....close it down or fire all the staff and recruit new staff member who knows what good customer service is.

Walk past and you'd think it's closed down. Very shabby looking front without any content in what could be an enticing window display. I only knew it was open when I saw someone leave even though the website said it was open. Went in and there was just me and one other shopper, and this on a Saturday. Not surprising as as I said from the outside it looks closed for business. At least one staff member I spoke with tried to be helpful and was well mannered. Just found the lack of customers a surreal experience.

Horrendous service, constant delivery delays and awful communication and follow up. Completely messed up entire preparation and set up for new baby after having ordered months prior with guaranteed delivery - they moved delivery window three times, offered insulting compensation and goods still not received a month after my baby was born.

Most Boots stores / services have changed for the worse. Whilst certain individuals can make or break a service, what stems from the top is activated by those lower down. The top isn't that good anymore.

1 star is far too generous. Cowboy company sent me proof of delivery photos and in the photo it clearly says the wrong address on the front door of the house they delivered to. Phone number doesn’t work and they take forever to respond via email. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

This place is hell on earth. PLEASE put minimum 2 pharmacists in your store. I had to wait in two long queues one by one just to buy to pills. Never coming back to this store or any other boots outlet rven if I have yo suffer a health loss. I'll take me a while to recover from today's torture.

Great experience all around. We ordered the Jonah Rocking Chair & Foot Stool for our nursery. It was shipped the same day we ordered it, and arrived within a week. My husband said it was not easy to assemble, but he managed fine! It looks amazing and is very comfortable and sturdy. We're happy with our purchase.

The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.

Really, really terrible company. Please do not buy furniture from them, at least. Bought the Verona 3 piece set in August and when it arrived, all 3 pieces of furniture had elements of damage, defects and dirt all over them.
I requested to be sent some replacement parts, which came fairly promptly, but again, all damaged and no good. I accepted a partial refund at this point on two of the items, but needed a whole replacement for the wardrobe. The wardrobe then took weeks to come due to complication with their courier (XPD - who are the worst courier I’ve had to deal with).
The replacement wardrobe finally came, but once more, the doors are damaged and embarrassingly, it seems tutti bambini’s manufacturer tries to apply filler to broken pieces and still provide them to customers.
I’m in late pregnancy and the whole experience has been more than stressful. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling customer service week commencing the 31st July 2023, placed an order the beginning of the month which had arrived later on in the week, reached out to customer service on the Saturday to ask if I could return this due to no longer needing this item and having read the terms and conditions stated I was entitled to returning this within a specific time frame. Over a WHOLE week later still didn’t hear anything from anyone from the customer service team. Despite stating on their website that they reply within one working day. My partner had emailed regarding a separate concern and had heard back briefly and promptly but not myself? Rather strange and seemed like certain emails were being ignored. I then emailed a further 3 times and was awaiting a response and had to try two different emails for them. I had hoped it got resolved due to not being happy if my return time ran out due to the lack of communication or should I say NONE existent communication from this company. Whenever you ring the phone line it says that phone calls are no longer being accepted either and to email? In the nicest way possible please can someone acknowledge my concerns as it’s rather frustrating spending money on something especially items that are expensive and needing the money back but no one wants to sort it out. Not very professional either.
I’d also like to add since this that I have had various excuses this week as to why my item still hasn’t been collected up until this day and that it is apparently the couriers fault! I have seen other reviews regarding items being collected to be returned also and have not been positive! If I am honest I feel like I am being fobbed off and never known a company like it! How am I being told and sent a photo of a house that was not and isn’t my address that apparently the courier went to? It looks as if it’s been taken off Google images. Disgusting. The director of this company will be getting contacted as well as trading standards following my experience. Not happy at all. Day 3 and still no collection for my item which I need to return for my refund!
I’m not one that likes to leave reviews but with things like this it’s just not a good experience. I’d advise people to not order off this company if you are planning to return an item. I won’t stop until I get my money back either and my item collected!!

One star for this company is being over generous. The customer service is dire, absolutely disgusting. We ordered two cots for our twins, the driver dumped downstairs and left without explanation. We live in a new build with a lift. When we needed a replacement as it was faulty they only wanted to give us parts after two weeks of arguing and over 8 hours on the phone with Robert Dyas and them! My grand daughters had to sleep in the same cot for over 3 weeks. They refused to give us a replacement. Robert Dyas stepped in and paid for the replacement and a month later we still only have half a cot! Have purchased elsewhere. AVOID if you have any sense. Andrea needs a course in Customer Care as she clearly does not care!

A great section of Christmas gifts (reputable brands like Laura Ashley etc...)as you enter the store on the left.
Some of them reasonable prices, you can stretch your money.
The young cashier at the front of the store was very polite and friendly.
Store is not usually crowded so it is spacious and a pleasure to browse and shop there.

Really can only echo what people said on here - website said 3/4 weeks to dispatch. After 4 weeks I had to reach out. I was told the product was at the warehouse and allocated but waiting on the shipper. Literally didn’t ship for another two weeks after that and the staff gave zero idea of when to expect it.
You have a great product, you just need to figure out some logistics issues!
1. Your customer service should be reaching out before the customer has to with updates on shipping windows
2. You should tell the customer who has waited a month for a product updates (like when you’ve allocated a delivery company to a product - not make someone wait for the delivery company to text only after they’ve picked it up).
3. I’d definitely work on your warehouse communication with your web team to put in some buffer for SLA, pick n pack and plausible delays. Shipping globally is hard, this has been very true since the start of the pandemic but right now you have a couple years of data to work off of and factor those stats into everything operationally.
You honestly make a great product and I didn’t feel like you deserved the awful star ratings you got on here but you’re competing with other UK companies that really have their operations down pat, and who use solid delivery partners like DPD and Hermes. This market has a pretty high standard of service now and it’s really coming down to improving communication I think (people will wait! Honestly my car seat was delayed 3 weeks, but the company communication was fantastic - they also had a delayed shipment date originally promised they couldn’t fulfil but I felt so confident in their customer service communication I never cancelled my order and I waited)

I get my repeat Prescriptions here. With other pharmacies I'd turn up to collect my prescription and they'd be unable to find it or only issue some of the requested medication. Boots in West Ealing contact me when the prescription is ready a d then I go along and pick it up. They are efficient, precise and prompt. My only gripe is that sometimes they are short on staff.

Please, report this company to trading standards like I did. Terrible quality, IKEA is far superior, the SINGLE layer of paint that covers the furniture doesn't just smell horrible even after a week from opening, but it chips away at the MINIMAL bump. The building quality is terrible and thank god my father was able to help me to fix all the little problems, as the chest of drawers was wonky and the wardrobe doors uneven.
I would like to sent everything back for a full refund but not to mention their delivery service is just as bad.
Do yourself a favour and buy IKEA next time.
