On my visit to Kmart, I saw one of the managers screaming on his staff in front of everyone and treating them very badly. He was using extreme language. I wonder how those employees cope with him. Saw his name badge it said Darryl. Feeling very bad for the employees who work at Kmart. Thats no way to treat your fellow staff. Grow a brain you Dodo and be kind.

Had to urgently buy some swim trunks and saw online that it was available at Kmart Chatswood. Asked 3 people at the store and they all had no clue and some were reluctant to help. Eventually went to the service desk; was told it was already out of stock and had already been removed from the store's inventory.
It wasn't even flagged as low stock online. What a waste of time driving over specifically for this.

Was at the store today around 10am at the self service check out. The young Asian woman there directing customers through the self serve lane was extremely rude. Better staff needed.

Every time I come here, there are always hotwheels cars with their boxes open and cars stolen. Why hasn't the store done anything about this 🤔

An fairly good shop with a massive variety of usually cheap things. It's a good shop with lots of items, almost everything that you need for a good price. The service is usually pretty good but just the other days I was informed by a worker that they had an item in stock when they didn't. I wasted a bit of time on that. Overall, a good shop just a bit of a disappointing experience in the end.
Shelves were mostly empty, not good for browsing. Stock levels online do not reflect the stock levels in store. BARE shelves in every section we visited. It looked like the store is trying to sell as much stock as possible before closing its doors for good. Not a good experience as a customer.
We checked all the items we wanted online before visiting to ensure we could plan and budget appropriately. To our surprise, 6/7 of the household items we wanted were not available, despite showing as available in the Chatswood store online.
