Traveled from New Jersey to have hair transplant Aug 22nd. Originally I contacted the Hair Palace, but the logistics of going from U.S. to Europe made Harmony the better choice for me, in fact the other guy in the office that day having it done too was from California. As soon as the team assigned to me started, they took their time meticulously designing the transplant area, I was relieved and knew I went to the right place. Dr. Harmony has helped me tremendously over the years with back, neck and TMJ pain. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed when I go to see her. I went to this clinic two years ago because they have higher rating . And I send them pictures and I was told that I have enough donor area to cover at least 3500 graft Which was more than enough for my situation . And I was promised by Their representative in Canada his name is Kevin Density and look satisfaction guaranteed but that was not the case ,Because they only implanted small amount in the front part of my head which is obvious is not even 1000 graft and no density at all and when I called Kevin and complain about my situation and sent him pictures and I’m not happy and I would like to get some of my money back he start arguing with me and telling me to go see a dermatology and told me to take some pills To regrow hair .what a joke.
I’ll never do business with them again .Be careful don’t waste your money

I had my surgery at Harmony clinic in March of this year. From start to finish the team were excellent. Melody was assigned to assist me during my stay and she was so helpful and friendly. The service offered for the price is really good and I am so pleased with the results. It looks so natural. Right from the start, the whole experience with Harmony Clinic was exceptional. The well mannered and professional Richard offered his unbiased advice regarding my options. This immediately introduced a certain amount of comfort and trust which only got stronger as events unfolded.

At every stage, all concerns were dealt with in a very professional manner and I can say with utmost confidence that they went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect. I did get the sense that these people like what they are doing and are in fact truly invested into their patient's well being and satisfaction (in the results of the operation).

Once I arrived in Turkey the transfers to the hotel were smooth. From the second I reached out to the man waiting for me at the airport, pointed to my printed name on the sheet, the transfer was handled by this individual without hesitation and swiftly.

Upon reaching the hotel the receptionist already knew who I was. I was amazed at how well choreographed everything to that point was.

The hotel was exceptional and very luxurious, the staff in the hotel super helpful and seemingly dedicated to ensure my stay was the best I could possibly get.

Ms. Melody had been appointed to assist me during my stay in Turkey. This well educated, sweet, charismatic and gentle women handled everything exceptionally well, together with a smile you simply have to see to believe. She takes it upon herself to make sure the patients gets and understands all the required information. At every stage Ms. Melody proved to be an invaluable person to have around and made the experience that much easier.

Both surgeons were also exceptional. I remember at how struck I was by the talent and professionalism shown by both surgeons. I was particularly impressed by one of my surgeons (the team leader) a Ms. Suna. I felt I was in the right hands when she operated and honesty felt lucky she was the person leading my operation.

Finally a man called Burak, the acting translator, also made sure at every step that I was comfortable. He was also the guy driving me between the hotel and hospital and finally to the airport on the last day. Burak was also of instrumental help in ensuring all goes smoothly with the least possible discomfort on my part, during my stay in Turkey.

Like I said at the beginning of this review, from the beginning to the end, the experience with this clinic was great. Not only would I consider them my hair transplant to go guys, but I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They are very professional and kind people, but myself, I do consider them to be my friends. I find myself looking forward to go back to turkey, just to find the excuse to go and visit them all. Maybe this time, with a full head of hair!! ;-)
