I do not remember the name of my SA, but she was absolutely wonderful. She explained the vat refund process to the dot, as well as some questions I had about the product.
Chiara helped me choose the Marmont bag. She was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. Highly recommended! I'm from Canada, and she advised us to take advantage of the tax-free option.

Sono stata nel punto vendita di Prada ( piano terra) in Rinascente durante il ponte di Ognissanti, ho trovato un commesso sgarbato e palesemente infastidito dalla mia richiesta di informazione verso una borsa esposta , faccio presente che nel momento che ero lì non c’erano altri clienti quindi non si può neanche usare la scusa della stanchezza o simili , consiglio vivamente un corso di gentilezza e professionalità !

She was so helpful cos my apple pay wasn't going thru , she was such a good sport so so very patient and cheerful about it, not once did she loose her patience with us... I mean I don't know how she does it....my first time buying a Prada bag.. and it was the best service ever!!
Giving 3 starts for Samantha which was very helpful and kind. I contacted her to try to find this one best seller that was sold out and she managed to find it for me.
Unfortunately she was not at the store it was her day off when I went in to grab my item. I expected a luxury brand to have a better treatment and service to its costumer… perhaps offer water! I asked for it but there was non at the store. Shocking.
