Remiena was super helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and just super sweet when dropping my wedding ring off to get it sized. The same when I picked it up. And she was very sweet helping me pick a necklace for my mother I am losing, she was patient and busted out the tissues as soon as I got emotional. 🤩 ❤️ Very nice lady!
In store experience was fairly good, but I dropped off a bracelet for engraving a month ago and they’ve yet to call me to come pick it up. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive for me, so I wanted to call before going in to make sure it is ready. I’ve called 5 times and all 5 times no one has answered. Why even have a phone number if the store associates are going to ignore it every time it rings?? I’m severely disappointed in their customer service and would NOT recommend them. Next time I’ll just take my business to a local jeweler. This is just ridiculous.
WOW! What an amazing experience. I did so much research when looking for a place to buy my now wife's engagement ring. I met one time with Daniel and it absolutely stood out from the other places. He made it feel intimate and personal. It wasn't about the sale but instead about answering my questions and educating me on diamonds along the way. If you are looking for someone to take care of you from day one and also after purchasing the ring then this is the place. My wife damaged her ring and needed help getting it fixed and Daniel and team didn't hesitate and took care of it! Buying an engagement ring can bring it's own pressures, but rest assured you're in good hands with this team. I recommended them to two friends on our wedding day because I knew they were shopping for an engagement ring. They met with Daniel and team and had an amazing experience. Oh and the rings look amazing!! They customize everything! Go try them out. You won't regret it.

I had Regard Jewelry fix my mother’s antique ring after the stone fell out. They did a beautiful job. A year or so later the stone fell out again. They repaired it with a stronger holding for free except for the stone replacement. I was very grateful to be able to restore such a sentimental item.

Ok.. where to start?! These guys have been amazing! I have a wrist watch that is 25yrs old. It has been repaired by Aaron at least a dozen times! These guys are the real deal! Kind, knowledgable, and honest! If you need your goods repaired this is the place to go!!! They are simply the best!

My fiancé & I had the best experience working with Kaitlyn at The Diamond Room! We had talked about designing a ring together, and I really just found them on a Google search and called on a Saturday. Kaitlyn wasn’t in the store but came in within 30 minutes that day to meet me and discuss what we were looking for. She was so helpful and easy to work with! We had been to many different jewelry stores before and felt the sales pressure from the associates, and lack of education given around what diamond and pricing would meet our goals best. Kaitlyn listened to exactly what we were looking for, sourced us so many gorgeous stones to choose from, and worked with us step by step in designing my dream ring. My ring came out better than I could have imagined- we are so glad we chose The Diamond Room to make this special piece for us. We will definitely be back!

I had such a delightful experience here. My dad recently gifted me his moms antique watch. I was unsure if I could find a place that would clean, repair, and resize it all in one go at a fair price. I walked in and was referred over to Aaron, within a few minutes of speaking with him, I was confident and comfortable that he would be able to help me out. He was very knowledgable and clearly passionate about antique pieces. The pricing and turnaround time were more than reasonable, and at pickup, Aaron patiently taught me how to properly wind the watch. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Daniel and Matt were terrific helping design the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. They were very easy to work with, great communicators and took the stress out of ring shopping. The results were great and reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend The Austin Diamond Room.

I recently had a great time shopping at Jared's. The staff was really nice and helpful, and they had a lot of beautiful jewelry to choose from. I was impressed by how well-made and pretty the pieces were. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jared's to anyone looking for nice jewelry and seriously amazing service. Family owned and every person there is phenomenal. Owner went out of his way to make custom adjustments on the white gold on a pair of Diamonds. The family is very helpful and they have a great selection. Will be shopping here again for gifts when I’m back in Austin 10/10 would recommend
We stopped in just casually looking at all the beautiful rings. Dan and Alyssa took time with us to answer all questions and shared their knowledge of diamonds with us. We left with an amazing ring! We were invited to a “settings” show but weren’t able to make it and we stopped back in and were assisted again by Dan and Alyssa to design a custom setting which was made there in the store by their talented jeweler.

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. it’s been a horrible experience from start to finish. Most recent experience- my wedding band lost a diamond. I took it in for repair. After two weeks, they call and say the jeweler is out of town for an emergency, they need to send it off so it will be another couple of weeks. No problem. Another few weeks pass, go pick up the ring…. The diamond replaced was very clearly smaller than the others on my ring. Argued back and forth before finally leaving the ring with them and having them re do the repair. Few more weeks pass, go pick up the ring. Exact same issue. They didn’t send the ring back off. They just cleaned it thinking I wouldn’t notice. At this point, so irritated, I just take the ring with me with a smaller diamond. Will never go here again. This is just one issue I’ve had amongst others. Every time I step into that store, it’s a bad experience. Bill the “manager” didnt even remember me a day after buying a very expensive ring and never has acknowledged me when I step into the store since then. Buy your diamonds elsewhere. Trust me.
Update- after reaching out to corporate bc store service was so horrendous, they begged me to take it back to the store for a third attempt at repair. Just picked it up. Still the same issue, you can tell immediately which stone was replaced. To rub salt in the wound, for them to allow me to take my own paid in full wedding ring, back home with me, I was forced to sign a form saying I was happy with the repair. If I didn’t sign the paper, I couldn’t have my ring.

Clearly not the case. I’ve reached out to corporate and the store multiple times to have the problem corrected…. No one seems to care enough to bother.
Update 2- after 3 weeks, someone in corporate finally emailed me back and said to send my ring in for repair…. I replied back asking how long it would take, etc, and haven’t gotten a reply. I’ve gotten zero responses from the retail relations email address I was told to email regarding this review.

EDIT - Owner texted me, and asked me to bring the ring back in. I did so, and he said he would have it done and I could pick it up in two days. Left the rings with them for two more days, and they were able to fix them and make exactly what I wanted.

I went in for an initial consult, explained that I needed some repairs on my engagement ring and, due to its unusual shape, I needed a gold band made to fit it. They said they understood what I was looking for and it would take two weeks.
After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called them. I was told it was taking longer than expected and to give them another week.
Two more weeks go by, I still haven't heard anything, so I call again, they say they've had people out sick, they need another week.
After another week I call them, they say it's ready. I go in, and the wedding band fits worse than a 5$ dress from Shein. They say to give them another week and they will fix it. Again, I call them after a week, they said they had a machine break, they just fixed the machine, they will have the ring done by the end of the day and they will call me. They call me 30 minutes before they close.
I go in the next day to pick up the rings. The wedding band like 80% fits the engagement ring, I just want my rings back, so I take them, and I go home. On my drive home, I realize my engagement band is missing a stone. So I call them, they say to bring it back in and they will fix it while I wait. I also inspect the wedding band more and notice some deep scratches and unevenness in the band.
All in all, it took a month and a half, four trips to their store, and I still don't have exactly what I want.

I absolutely LOVED working with Raven. She helped me find the perfect diamond to create the perfect one of a kind setting. She was very patient throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable about diamonds and clearly explained what to consider when choosing one, which I appreciated very much. She never made me feel foolish for asking lots of questions and she truly went out of her way to make me happy and comfortable with my decision. I’ve already referred her to my family and friends for any of their jewelry needs. I will also keep coming back to Jared because of my positive experience with Raven. Thank you, Raven!!!
I first came to Avant Garde Jewelers to have a diamond set in an engagement ring, and then later to buy a wedding band. Drew was knowledgable, friendly, and didn't try to give us a hard sell. He worked with us to find the perfect ring for my fiancee and she couldn't be happier. It's a comfort to have a great family run business that we can trust to do any modifications or repairs in house.

I came to have some links removed from a watch purchased elsewhere. I was greeted with smiling faces and was immediately taken to the counter to get working on my watch. Within ten minutes he had the watch perfectly fitted to my wrist. I asked the cost and he said they only take donations that go to St. Jude. Exceptional service and amazing service to help St. Jude. This level of service brought me back again today to purchase some jewelry for my wife. Also had another watch repaired while I shopped. Excellent service as always. My experience with Avante Garde Jewelers was extraordinary. I had a stone custom set and they treated me as if I had brought in the Hope diamond! Brian & Matt were wonderful to work with, always promptly returning my calls & emails. The desired setting was a bit technologically challenging, so we had to tweak one thing or another a number of times, until we got it just right. They were patient and meticulous with each change and still finished in time for a special occasion. I would gladly use them again & just love my necklace.
Dan and his team have now custom made 3 rings for me from large amethyst stones gifted to me. I am impressed with the craftsmanship and overall designs! Dan knows his designs. Special shout out to John who put the rings together.
I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler!!! Drew helped us from start to finish, he was SO knowledgeable and communicative! Amazing gem of a gallery! I found this place by looking up the best local shops and it was far better than I anticipated. Parking is in the back so it's easy to miss the turn in (like I did). I saw everything from original paintings to prints, handmade jewelry, sculptures, photo prints, handmade glass, and so much more. Andrea was lovely and very helpful with all my questions, and provided great suggestions! At the time, an exhibit was just getting ready to close in a couple days, and new art would be displayed on specific walls. I recommend visiting their online site for upcoming events and open call information. I purchased a small painting, earrings, & a handmade vase, and will definitely be back for more!

Anthony and everyone at this Jared location not only are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet, but they will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect product and always follow through because they truly truly care. We never felt like just customers. It was a far more authentic experience. My girlfriend, Anthony, and myself chose and custom designed my engagement ring here in February, Anthony helped custom order exactly what I wanted. Within about a 2-3 week timeframe we had my dream ring in our hands. My girlfriend Sharon wanted something more specific-- a particularly cut dark sapphire (VERY particular cut, size, color) that the gem itself is literally near impossible to find. Anthony stuck with us, constantly looking and always keeping an eye out for us, and keeping in close communication. This past week I was financially ready to make the purchase, and Anthony located and was able to order the perfect gem in a few days notice that my girlfriend loves and 8 months later, we both have the engagement ring of our dreams. Truly, our engagement, the timeline, and the fun / ease of the searching process was made possible by Anthony and higher management at this location. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I was worried going in since I was shopping on the lower end of the price range here that the staff would treat me differently or be snooty but the woman in the front is SO kind, professional, and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and if she didn’t know an answer she would pull out a book and research it before giving an answer. I was interested in very specific questions about the history of one of the rings I was getting and she whipped out a ton of books and pored over them looking for answers. The attention to detail in their customer service was amazing and she made my experience there very fun and enjoyable. I’m so happy I came in and with my purchase.
Brian is the best of the best! He helped us custom make my engagement ring in 2019 and he worked extremely hard on getting us the exact ring we wanted with my daughter’s birth stone on it over the past few months. I bought my wife a beautiful, old coral and pearl ring for Christmas.
Unfortunately, one of the coral stones fell out not very long after my wife received the gift. It happens sometimes with old jewelry.
My wife reached out to the owner of the shop to inquire if they could replace the stone.
Not only did they replace the stone but they did not charge us a cent, and the ring looks perfect.

Very friendly gallery person with 2 adorable pug rescues that are so sweet. Lots of gorgeous art and jewelry, painted and gilded shells, gift ideas. Oh, and there's an ice cream store next door!
Stunning collection that really opened my eyes to the beauty of mine cut diamonds and their settings. Pricing is on par with Nak Armstrong or Todd Reed, the design quality adds to the cost but it’s not unreasonable. We went in while out running errands dressed casually and really appreciated the shop owners expert guidance and time. They also custom design pieces and would be an excellent choice for a guy looking to have something made for his elegant & design aware wife to be.

An eclectic Gallery located on South 1st Street in Austin, where there are over 100 Austin area artists potentially on display at any time. Media range from painting and sculpture to jewelry and candles... Literally something for any taste! An excellent place to look for that special something as a gift, or adornment for your home. A restroom is provided and they do ask you to sanitize your hands upon entry. Also, there are steps out front so be aware if you have mobility issues. No admission is charged and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend taking some time to browse this fun local venue.
I got the most beautiful jewelry from these place. I had a very good sales woman showing me with patience everything that I was interested in. She never rushed me and let me try the jewelry to make easier my purchase! It came out that when about to pay she told us about a promotion they have. The deal is if you reach certain price on jewelry you get for free a computer. We were amazed by this deal because we went just for jewelry and we came out the store with my newly gifts and a a new computer. Such a great deal, no little letters on the bill, no financing traps , just free. Can't believe it!

I am in LOVE with the ring I bought from The Three Graces. It is a beautiful 1892 band with 2 garnets and a diamond and I've never seen another like it anywhere. They have an amazing selection of antique/vintage rings, a great return policy (tho I doubt you'll need it) and they ship your ring promptly. I will buy from them again I'm sure. 10 stars

I literally cannot say enough good things about The Diamond Room. I got my wedding band from them 10 years ago. I love it and it's perfect. I went to Bell and Bird on the recommendation of a close friend. Cyrus was great to work with and helped guide my creation process. He sourced an very nice and correct stone and created a classic yet original piece. I was very pleased with the entire process.
Austin mined turquoise for sale by the carat. They make gorgeous jewelry with different stones and use sterling silver. Some are shaped like Nevada. The prices are also really good. Very nice people! They also have lots of other souvenirs and antiques.
