My favorite place to shop in Norfolk! The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Has the cutest clothes and home goods and stuff you can't find anywhere else in Norfolk.

Although, we don’t live nearby, this shop is a favorite of my entire family. Beautiful fashions, incredible gifts and the warmest, most attentive service from Laura, Mary Jane and company. EVERYTHING is phenomenal and a MUST HAVE!! Love this store!!

It’s a MAJOR problem when you have your employees working in an over 83 degrees !!! It’s extremely hot !!! Owner doesn’t care. So I won’t be back.

I found a full ensemble - a lovely dress and a cozy cardigan - and it much exceeded my expectations.

Store was a damn mess the store is never together when I go.Employees are literally screaming across the room at each other while customers are shopping The worker with the blue braids had us standing at the register while she finish doing whatever she was doing she didn’t even acknowledge we was right in front of her then when she finally finish she started screaming that she needed a bar talking bout if she ain’t have 1 the clothes aren’t going out.the manager seems more like a friend than a actual manager they letting the workers do whatever they want honestly won’t be coming back seen a lot of reviews and apparently it’s still a problem that is not getting fix

The company needs better policies for exchanging clothes, the current one doesn’t make sense if the clothes that are trying to be exchanged are obviously paid for and come from the store

I was nearby getting my hair done and walked inside to take a look and see what was inside.

This shop has loads of cool gifts and homewares as well as shoes and higher-end clothing.

I saw some very unique items inside and spent a nice hour browsing and trying on clothing.

Super friendly staff. Great clothing, jewelry & home decor items. Perfect place to purchase a gift or something special for yourself.

Love this shop! I went in to find a gift for a friend and Laura was incredibly helpful and patient in helping find the right piece of jewelry the celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday. They even took the time to wrap the present for me in a fun and festive box. Great shop with outstanding customer service.

Such a cute boutique store in Norfolk! Not many around in the area, so it’s a great place to be able to go shop in person. Staff is always so sweet and welcoming. Lots of cute women’s clothes, shoes, accessories, and even home goods. Great sales too!

The atmosphere is so wonderful. I loved looking at all the various clothing and fabrics. It's an upscale store and the employee was very nice. I couldn't buy anything at the time, but the decor was gorgeous and the womens clothes which was over half the store was nice as well. Really a lovely spot!

This store has cute clothes. However it's way too cluttered for me to shop. I like the 1 in the mall better
I wanted to make a layaway I ask sales associate how much would I have to put down or do I need more items because it was only 1 top for 14.99 & she didn't know.

Customer service in this place is absolutely ridiculous. Employees yelling across the store to each other about ordering food. Asked about an item on the mannequin employee pointed never checked to see if I found item and went back to whatever. When checking out employees talked to each other before even acknowledging the fact I was waiting to check out. Good customer service is a must got to do better people.
