Walked in and browsed for about 10min. There were 3 associates that were by the door. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I was ready to make a purchase and had some questions. I wonder if it was because of how I looked.
Went to have a tag made for a purse my husband purchased for me. I was assisted by Lauren and she was kind, honest, and a joy to meet. She helped make my tag perfect, thank you Lauren!
Amy and I believe Lauren helped my friend and I! It was a Very friendly, warm and inviting experience. My friend was happy with her first Coach for her Birthday!
Had an issue with some handles on a purse that I bought for my wife last Christmas, and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and talked with Katrina, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to look up my purchase, saw it was under warranty, and said she would leave my contact number for Lauren, their repair representative (yeah, sure, I was mentally prepared to have to call back). Katrina was friendly and helpful throughout the conversation.
The next day, surprise surprise, I actually got a text from Lauren. I sent her some pictures of the damage, and she was extremely apologetic and we set up an appointment for her and her manager to take a look.
I showed up on time for the appointment, and Lauren greeted me by name! She saw it, and got her manager Amy to come and take a look. They agreed the damage was covered and got me taken care of. While I was waiting, Katrina even came over and said hello and wanted to know if there was anything she could do.
The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and everyone there was super nice and helpful.
Shout out to Katrina, Lauren, and Amy, providing excellent service and making the entire process so easy. Will be back for Christmas for sure!

I needed a bag for every day use, so I decided to check Coach at Memorial city mall. The sale person was very nice, I was able to ask questions, check on different styles before I made my purchase. I love the details of this bag.
Stopped in today to just browse around and the atmosphere was amazing, very calm, the employees (Josseline and Kathya) were definitely energetic and there customer service was impeccable and they made me feel welcomed and I loved how they actually listened to me as a customer, that will be back to give them the service. These young ladies definitely deserve recognition.

QUALITY is self evident and is an interwoven characteristic in every coach bag, wallet, billfold, watch, and other accessories. Mariela gave me a little history of the origins of the brand and enthusiastically presented various bags and items of interest. I am a man and love the coach items for men, but i love taking my special lady here so that she can select what she likes. What diversity and what a wonderful shopping experience . Been a customer and fan for 10 years. Thanks Mariela, Piper, Gus, and the Coach staff. Shopping here makes people feel ritzy!!
